No one from the business has contacted me since approximately May 9th regarding my complaint. I have telephoned the business twice and have been told the work would eventually be performed. The agreement was to have the work completed prior to June 6th. I have been extremely patient and want my complaint resolved as agreed upon.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The business has agreed to remove and replace the section of concrete by the garage that they had originally installed. I understand from them that they plan to do this as soon as possible, according to the weather related issue of rain. I understand that they need a couple of days in a row where it does not rain. I look forward to hearing from them to schedule the work. At the conclusion, and if it is of the quality of their work or better on the sidewalk sections they did for me, I will provide a positive review of their work to the Revdex.com and Yelp.

It has been over 2 months since the business said the very same thing.  Resolving this complaint by completing the work they said they would do, is clearly not their priority. I will accept the solution when and IF I see the job is done satisfactorily.
