This issue has been resolved within the first thirty days after purchaseWe have explained to the customer that they had an auto loan and do not receive the title until it is paid off by themAnd even then the title will come from the bankNot Chase Auto Group or (dealer)Please let us know if

These people are fast talkers quick to make a sale and swipe your credit card for the down payment, then after all is said and done they hit you with a promissory note saying you owe couple of hundred more in 45 days because what you put down is not enough. Then they will call and harass you every two days before the 45 day period is up. They forced me to get new plates because they said the transfer of my old plates was too much "work". The staff are liars and the finance woman in the back is the rudest you will ever meet. Then when you call and ask to speak to the owner they hang up on you or put someone one who claims his name is "James J[redacted]" and is no better than the staff if he is in fact the boss, altogether a horrible experience for a dealership with a filthy office and staff with filthy personalities. Don't buy here terrible experience and the car stock is not that great!

I secured my own financing before going and glad I did. I was looking at buying a 2012 VW Jetta, and I had run a carfax ahead of time, but it didn't catch the fact the frame was bent. Luckily, when it took Chase 2.5 hours to fax the title and other data to my bank they did more research through Autocheck and discovered the bent frame. When I confronted the dealer, he handed me a cash refund on my deposit and told me to get out. Makes sense now why the car was a recent price reduction and they would not allow financing , any research would have caught it.

In the matter of [redacted] (# [redacted]) we have paid his loan in its entirety and have finalized his tag work. Both have been done for quite some time now and this issue has been resolved. Our manager was gone for a 14 day vacation and we were unable to write a check for over a certain amount....
