Received plumbing service for problem that was difficult to diagnosis wet dining room rug far from any pipes. Work done with care and efficiency. Definitely will call again. [redacted] and [redacted] were respectful and very patient in answering our questions and explaining the problem. Will recommend to our friends.

I called *** Service because I had a flood coming from under my kitchen sinkWithin an hour and a half they were there! They fixed the problem in no time!!! On a Sunday at the worst possible time, *** was able to get an amazing staff member, *** out to service a plumbing emergency where waste was pouring into my tub and backed up in my toiletsNo one else would answer my calls on a Sunday but these guys were here within hour and fixed all my problems! Customer service amazing, completely empathic to what was happening, and professional in knowledge and educating on how to take care of my lines and septic to prevent future problems! I will never call another company again!

I recently purchased an older home and within a week after moving in the water heater went out Fortunately I had a home warranty and Chase Services replaced the water heater I found this company to be excellent to deal with *** in the office, the technician who diagnosed the problem and the two men who handled the installation were all just wonderfulAll were very professional and reacted promptly to my problem This company exceeded my expectations and that's not the these days!

The worse company and customer service I have experience with My homeowner's insurance sent Chase technician to run diagnostics on my Heat-pump outside unitThe technician recommended that the TXV value needed to be replace and it was going to cost $out of pocketI agreed, paid the company $250.00, they changed the part out on Friday 16th of November Technician stated that it may take a day or so for the system to heat the house up since it was barely blowing any hot air out of the ventsI was told to call the company back on the following Monday if it was not getting any hotterThat weekend the heat-pump could never blow any heat out without using AUX heat with it the entire time and it seemed to never shut offCalled the following Monday about the problem and was immediately told to call the insurance company and have them to put in another request to send a chase technician back to the resident and I would be responsible for another $out of pocketAll I wanted from them was to come back and check on the same thing they were working on few days back like I was told to do so by their technicianI got tired of being overcharged and not having any heat in the house, so I called another company the following weekIt cost me another $to call another company to come and fix the exact problem that Chase Company supposedly have fixed Bottom line I would never do business with Chase Services, LLC ever and would not recommend it to anyone

Chase Service is massively overbilling hours worked, charging more than the quoted hourly rate, and refuses to communicate in good faith about either
I contacted Chase to perform some routine work around the house They quoted a rate of $for the first hour and $for each hour after that, plus materials The work itself was satisfactory as far as I currently know Materials came out to $(details below), and despite the plumbers only being at the house for ~hours, the initial bill they gave was for $377.50!! I disagreed with that amount and refused to pay until speaking with somebody at the office which one of the plumbers noted on his paperwork
After contacting the office, they reduced the bill to $312.50, which is still ridiculous They are claiming hours of work when they were only there almost exactly hours I asked multiple times for the actual times of day in question- when the plumber arrived, when he departed, etc.- and they refused to provide any of th
