Chase Plumbing cleared bathtub at main drain 55 mins = $185.
I told the plumber as we walked around back that others who cleaned the drain out normally go in through the pipe on top of the house. I also pointed it out to him.
He asked me what it was doing and I told him when the dishes were washed, water was backing up into the tub. He decided to run the snake from the sewer drain behind house - when it did not work, he ran it through the bathtub (top plug) drain which I had already cleaned out; but my snake did not go all the way to the main drain. It did clean out the drain 'there', but we didn't find out until the next day when my wife spinned out the washing machine that the drain was also plugged elsewhere.
Had he run the snake through where I showed him it was normally done, the whole line would have been good to go!
I had to complete the job myself, but I did ask for a refund of $65 since I was told $95 to come out plus $25 for equipment used.

We had a great experience with Chase. Our water heater stopped working, and we converted to a tankless gas water heater. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and worked until almost 8 PM to get us hot water. The technician was polite and efficient (and also a veteran). We would definitely recommend Chase.

Received plumbing service for problem that was difficult to diagnosis wet dining room rug far from any pipes. Work done with care and efficiency. Definitely will call again. [redacted] and [redacted] were respectful and very patient in answering our questions and explaining the problem. Will recommend to our friends.
