Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They did offer a rental car, but not at their expense.That did ignore my repeated calls to the dealership.They did not call to say the repairs were finished.There is probably another lie or two that I have forgotten to respond to.Anyway, they will no longer have the chance to waste my time.I will find another place to service my truck.They have only proven the stereotype about the poor reputation that car dealers have.It seems to be well earned Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The service manager from Cherry Hill did call me once on 1/26/He informed me this had been "dropped in his lap" and he was contacting Dodge to see what could be doneHe informed me that he would call me back, at this time he has not called me back and I still have not been told if anything will be done to address my complaintAt this time I do not consider one call from Cherry Hill Triplex saying they will look into the issue with the vehicle they sold me and performed the failed repair on, an adequate resolution to my issueI have made several calls and a personal visit to Cherry Hill in the past about this issue, always being told I would get a call back and that did not happenTo me, an acceptable response from the business will be when my complaint is actually addressed and a resolution is agreed to by both parties Regards, [redacted]

We are no longer willing to entertain any issues that [redacted] may haveHe is not welcome at our dealership [redacted] terminated his conversation with [redacted] after he advised him "he would take him behind the dealership" then proceeded to text [redacted] ( [redacted] ) We will not tolerate this kind of behavior and in this day and age the way people act irrationally and violently will not subject our employees to someone such as [redacted] threatening physical harm because he is not getting the result he would like There is nothing further to be done in this matter!!!!

The car deal Ms [redacted] is referring to in was processed as joint creditThe mother was listed first simply because the rate for the loan was lowerAs far as purchasing another vehicle I do sincerely apologize that no one got back to the customerIf she would like to look into purchasing another vehicle my recommendation would be to deal with a sales manager directlyCall Cherry Hill Dodge and ask to speak to or make an appointment with a Sales ManagerIf it is remotely possible to get her into another vehicle and she is not out of equity on the vehicle she currently owns they may be able to assist her based on existing credit

General Sales Manager advised me he spoke to the customer and asked him to return to the dealership tomorrow, January 26thThe deposit that was left for the vehicle was done on a credit cardWe advised the customer we will need him to return with that credit card so we could credit it back the requested amountThe Registration he was requesting has also been located and will be returned to him tomorrow during his visit to the dealership

I just spoke to [redacted] the General Manager at Cherry Hill Dodge Jeep Chrysler regarding this complaintHe was a little confused beings he spoke to the customer on August 4th and already agreed that [redacted] was entitled to the reimbursement that he was requesting This complaint is dated a day after the General Manager spoke to him and they discussed his intentionsThe customer has already picked up his check and the situation has been rectified

We did try to exhaust every effort to get Mr [redacted] approved for a loanUnfortunately, there were some discrepancies from the credit application and the actual proof of income and other information required to provide to these banks for loan approvalUnfortunately once the information is provided to the lending bank their decision is out of our controlThe discrepancies from what I understand was the reason for the lending bank not approving the loanMr [redacted] did speak to Mr [redacted] already and tried to explain this to himThere is nothing further that we can do for the customer at this time

Dean, the used car manager from Cherry Hill Kia called [redacted] and left her a message stating he will assist her in getting the spare key

The Service Manager at Cherry Hill Dodge Spoke to customer today and is offering to pay a portion of her rental billThe customer seemed receptive to this resolution

The General Manager of Cherry Hill Dodge, [redacted] just reached out to [redacted] ***When I brought the complaint to him for review he was very surprisedHe advised me that the day she purchased the car they spoke at length about what happened and he claims he explained the situation to her and she was very understandingTherefore , he was surprised to see there was still an issue They discussed the Revdex.com Complaint and came to some common groundRick offered to provide [redacted] with a complementary oil change for any misunderstanding there may have beenshe was happy with this as the end result

Ms [redacted] visited our dealership and dealt with our General Manager who attempted to assist her with her concerns with the Used Corolla she purchased from Cherry Hill KiaThe General Manager offered to assist Ms [redacted] in trading her vehicle for a comparable vehicleShe declined his offer The General Manager then referred the customer to our service department and asked them to look over the vehicle and discuss Ms***'s complaints with her existing vehicleThe brakes were checked and they have plenty of pad left and are in good condition After completion of checking over the customers vehicle it was sent to our detail department where it was thoroughly vacuumed and checked for any unwanted debris that the customer was referring to in her complaint

My sincerest apologies this response was meant for another complaintI spoke to the Service Manager at Cherry Hill Dodge just nowHe will be contacting the customer and has a resolution for herHe has been in touch with his Chrysler Rep and has authorization to assist the customer with her issue with her vehicle

We do apologize that the level of communication was not what it should have beenI spoke to the Service Manager Tom from Cherry Hill Dodge a few moments ago he did authorize me to offer Ms [redacted] her next oil change free and assures me the part that was ordered to fix the vehicle is in and ready to be installed

We will be more then happy to reimburse the customer the $diagnostic feeWe will be mailing to customer at address listed on complaint within next hoursThe customer can expect to see the reimbursement check within the next 5-business days

the customer was issued a check to cover the cost of the inspection in question

The Sales Manager from Cherry Hill Kia has been in touch with Mr. [redacted] and has offered a car payment on us as compensation for his inconvenience.

This case has been referred to ManagementThe Sales Manager of our [redacted] Store has been in touch with the customer and is working with her to resolve this issue
