Members of our Management Staff have been in touch with Ms [redacted] She will be dropping her vehicle off to our Service department Friday May 20th in the evening so that our Service Department has access to it on Saturday to diagnose the current issue the customer is having with the vehicle
My issue with the KIA dealership has been resolved to my satisfactionI amincredibly happy and thankful to the Revdex.com for interjectingThe dealershipreached out to me the same day I made the complaint and provided me a checkto resolve the issue less than a week laterI am more than happy with the outcome and I am 100% sure the only reason the situation was dealt withalwell was because of the Revdex.com going to bat for me
Our Used Car Manager contacted Ms [redacted] and explained to her that we are more than happy and willing to refund her the $she is referring toUnfortunately when it came time to crediting back the card that the $portion of the deposit was taken from the customer could not produce the card She was advised at that time she would need to produce the card in order for us to credit it backToday when our Used Car Manager spoke to her she advised him she found the card and is coming to our dealership on Saturday, June 25th for her refund
General Manager of Fiat of Maple Shade, Bill [redacted] left a voice mail with the customer to discuss the complaint on 8/30/He is awaiting call back from customer to discuss the complaint
The Used Car Manager of our dealership spoke to Mr [redacted] a short while ago and arranged an appointment for Monday September 26th to have repair in question addressed
I wanted to let you know that the customer's request has already been processed [redacted] visited our dealership and met with one of the Finance Managers very recently at which point the steps were taken to cancel the Gap insurance as well as the Service Contract that was originally factored into [redacted] ***'s loan I have been dealing with [redacted] ***'s son who has been extremely helpful do to a bit of a language barrier I spoke to [redacted] (son) today and confirmed that we have done everything on our end as far as cancelling the aforementioned contractsThe credit will not go directly to the customer but will go to the financing back to credit the funds to the balance of the fianced loan I also explained to the customer's son that the credit to his fathers balance may not be immediate due to updating limitations on the financing bank's endI suggested give some time for the bank to update before calling for an updated balance
