On August 22nd I was Sub Contracted by [redacted] with Boss Optima to do a residential carpet cleaning job for the price of $105, I was told the next day I would get a [redacted] payment for my serviceI called [redacted] times asking for payment and was told billing is slow, it is now September 7th and still have yet to receive payment [redacted] direct number is [redacted] and the business line for boss optima is 800-566-
Timely and professional execution of service I have an antique Persian rug and they did a beautiful job cleaning it This company is easy to do business with and very courteous
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They make appointments with me and no one ever showed upThe 3rd technician finally showed up an hour lateThey severely damaged all my tile!!!!! They scratched/etched all areas close to grout and also broke corners off multiple tiles!!! The chemical they used was sprayed all over my doors and baseboards and STAINED everything it came in contact with!!! My new door stops are also tarnished from this chemical and my grout is now DIFFERENT COLORS!!! They promised to send out a different technician which was a lie!!! They sent out the same guy who damaged everythingHe tried to paint over the STAINED doors but he was obviously was no painter and after I found multiple runs I told him to just stop The national manager, Michael O [redacted] promised to call me back that same day with options on how to fix my damaged home and has never called me backI have messaged and called the office but no one is calling me back!!! I am warning others not to use this
I scheduled my mattress to be cleaned and when making the appointment I was sure to say I would leave a check with someone who would be at my house made out to them and for the amount they said I repeated that was my plan since I could not be there I was told that was perfectly acceptable Then, they did not come on time and pushed it later in the day Then, they came after the time window they had given me Then, they started burning up my phone every seconds while I was with patients because they decided they would not accept the check they had said before would be fine Finally, they called again as I was leaving my office and demanded a credit card regardless of what I had been told when making the appointment The woman was very sarcastic and snooty as I tried to explain that her own people made the arrangement for payment She would not hear it and continued to harass me Then, I gave her a credit card wondering whey this had to be at this minute at night instead of during business hours When I saw the mattress it was wet By the morning it had dried and was not clean Stains still easily visible Then, I understood why the unpleasant woman was so demanding They wanted to ensure they got paid because they knew the job was not properly done Never use this company for anything They are everything bad you can think of in a business They lie and argue and are demanding and sarcastic when you are unhappy with their product

They charged $which is about double what I normally pay, but since they had something more comprehensive, I was willing to pay extra This is apparently a franchise, which I didn't know I was told a "licensed Boss representative, trained in this method" would be coming to my house Instead, another company showed up All State Carpet 503-520-was providing the service The technician had never heard of Boss Carpet Cleaning, and about the equipment, he stated, "I have what I have." He had a Prochem Bruhn truck mounted model He came in and did the basic, usual cleaning I have had many times before No "step process" as advertised He didn't even pre-treat the spots He did an adequate job, not exceptional I did speak with his boss after the service to tell him that the Bait an

I have used Boss Services for years because of their impeccable customer service and quality of work they provide I personally have never had an issue with any of the work that they've ever performed I'm amazed that over the years the quality of workmanship and the knowledge of the technicians has only been better and better over the years I highly recommend Boss Services to anyone that is looking for a top-notch professional organization
Trey did a marvelous job and worked so hardOur carpets were a mess, as we had just moved in and the movers had used a black-wheeled dolly up and down our carpeted steps and I thought they might be destroyedCarpets are restored and livelyThank you
Brian did a great job on our carpetsWe have kids so our carpet gets a lot of trafficI was really surprised how good the walkways came outBrian was very thorough and detailed I've used some of the national chains and I think this result was better then what I have experienced with the othersThumbs up!

They came out and cleaned some upholstery for us They did a great job A red stain did not come out but everything else came out very good
