In response to Mr. Bennick’s complaint, our shipping charges are provided to the customer for the products being ordered prior to acquiring credit card information. We also state during the checkout process that after the order is submitted it cannot be canceled. We were sorry to hear that Mr....

Bennick was unsatisfied with his order. As a courtesy  we refunded him on 7/2/2016 for the shipping charges.

Unfortunately, there was a clerical error which caused the description of the item to be listed incorrectly on our site.  The product is sold in several different quantities and the 1000 rounds entered on this was intended for a different item. The email promotion that was sent out did state...

the correct description and pricing. Once we discovered the error, we immediately notified all of the customers affected and informed them that the item was indeed the 20 rounds as stated on the email. We are more than happy to ship Mr. [redacted] two free boxes of 20 rounds for his inconvenience.

It is the responsibility of the company to stand  by what was clearly and by unequivocal words and terms described "16" MELONITED BARREL" and there is no alternative or similarity as to what they had given me as "CHROME LINED BARREL", and for reason they are by law warrant and obligated to to fulfill as to what they publicly had advertised and it is deemed that they are to fulfill what they advertisement really purports to be. It is a bald face lie and false allegation that I don't want to return for how could they fulfill their obligation to put in the Melonited barrel in controversty if I am not willing to return it but in truth and in fact they are the one who declined for me to return the said firearm asserting that it already had been transferred ownership via FFL transfer. The issue here is not the return but the installation of the subject of controversy of the 16" Melonited Barrel. furthermore, it is a bold face lie and fallacy asserting that they offered me a fair remuneration, ie, refund, but instead they offered me a forty dollar ($40.00) gift card or credit  which I declined. Melonited barrel as specified cost "$200.00 AND ABOVE UNINSTALLED".

My order was accepted for the 2000 rounds with shipping and handling for a total of $35.71, email confirmation received and a charge placed on my charge card for $35.71. Then then canceled the order and credited my card. I would like the order agreed upon in the email confirmation or the 2000 rounds at cost with free shipping.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe they should honor a price that they put on the cover of their catalog. This is not the first time they falsely advertised in order to draw in business.

I am rejecting this response because:  I faxed the requested document to the company on two separate dates.  I placed the same copy of the document in the mail to the company after I was informed the documents were not received via fax.  And although I received confirmation from my fax machine that the fax was delivered successfully, their representatives continue to deny they have been received.  As I indicated I would simply like to cancel the order and obtain the payment I made to the company.  I will not continue to send documents that apparently will never be received by the company.

We sincerely apologize that the issue wasn't resolved as quickly as [redacted] or we would have liked. We strive to provide an enjoyable shopping experience and are sorry to hear that wasn't achieved for [redacted].    A full refund was issued to his [redacted] on 12/17/17. ...

The refund would have been processed sooner however [redacted] stated that he wanted the item and not a refund.  The item was no longer in stock and we were unable to successfully communicate with [redacted] to find an acceptable replacement so we elected to refund him on 12/17/17.  Management has been made aware of this unfortunate situation and have ensured that [redacted]'s information has been removed from any further marketing databases.  However, for accounting purposes we are required to maintain a record of the transaction.

regret the situation that Mr. [redacted] has encountered and sincerely apologize to
him for the inconvenience.  We are exploring better ways to prevent this from
occurring in the future.

.22 LR ammunition that he was attempting to order is in high demand and short
supply. ...

When we are able to acquire some, notices go out to thousands of people
who have requested in-stock alerts.  In a very short period of time many people
do as Mr. [redacted] did and place multiple orders online
and over the phone for
all of the available inventory.  Our inventory
syncing process
has difficulty keeping up with a huge influx of orders received
at
the same time for the same product.  In Mr. [redacted]’s
case, it resulted in him ordering an item that had already been sold
out.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused and are working to
prevent it from happening in the future.
