Most of their previous reply is untrue. Sarah placed the mirror in my UhaulI did not help herShe had a tough time sliding the mirror in due to the non-slip mat that is secured to the floor of the van. There was no way that it may have "moved around considerably"I called Sarah when the mirror brokeShe told me she would have her manager call meI called again minutes later Sarah told me that she was unable to get a hold of the manager. I asked how I get the rest of my frame off the broken mirrorShe told me to get a hammer & hammer the remaining frame off & then throw the mirror awayI had to aggressively hammer the framing off. We threw the mirror awayThe next day, I called to see if the manager was in (who I am just now finding out is named ***)She was in*** was not concerned about me as a customerI asked her if she had been informed of my situationShe said no. I explained & she said we can replace your mirror but we don't have any in stockI asked her what I should do since it was my last day in townShe said that I would need to bring the mirror back in & that would be the only way she would be able to tell if it was their fault or notI explained that was not possible since Sarah asked me to throw it awayI told *** that I either needed a refund or they should replace my mirrorShe said again that she needed to see it first to determine why the mirror brokeI then asked to speak to the owner and that is when she hung up on me*** never asked me to "refrain from my insulting language" during the conversation & she didn’t mention 10% offNeither *** nor the owner was present for the installHow can they say that my mirror frame was properly installed or wasn't? That edge should have not so easily fallen off had it been done correctlyI had to aggressively hammer the other edges off & they say a van ride home would have enough power to remove the frame of a mirror? I don't think so.I am simply asking for a refund

The (her) story is still changing but the fact remains the sameHer invoice/contract was fulfilled when her mirror was picked upWe can not control what was done during her drive or while unloadingThat's what she wanted; Will Call and did not want to pay for deliveryOur office manager did offer her a 10% discount on a replacement mirror but she was leaving town and did not want it.There isn't anything we can do for her at this pointShe ordered her closet mirror door repairedWe did that and gave it to herThere isn't any reason to refund her moneyShe got what she's paid for in her contract/invoiceOur invoices clearly no refunds. Thanks,Rich

The customer already has his window. He picked it up after all the threats, extortion, and insults to my employee. helped her load it into her van. Our employee carried it out to her rental van & they both loaded it into the van. She didn't have any thing to secure it with, so she put it on it's back. It sounds like the closet mirror door had moved around considerably if the frame had gaps as she indicated when the slid it out to unload it. With the frame corner supports separating, it shouldn't have been moved until they were reattached. We can't be responsible for people's transport. She was offered to bring back in her frame and we'd sell her another one but we did not have one in stock. She did not want to wait and got quite upset. She was more upset that we didn't have another one in stock and she didn't think she should have to buy a new one. Our duty ended when she picked up her closet mirror door in great condition & she'd paid. We did receive her phone call. She did ask to speak to our office manager. she was told that she had left for the day, family emergency. She gave us her cell # and asked that our manager call her. Sarah told her it would have to be when she returns. That Tuesday morning before [redacted] had a chance, she'd called upset that no one had called her back! Most of their previous reply is untrue.  Sarah placed the mirror in my Uhaul. I did not help her. She had a tough time sliding the mirror in due to the non-slip mat that is secured to the floor of the van. There was no way that it may have "moved around considerably". I called Sarah when the mirror broke. She told me she would have her manager call me. I called again 15 minutes later.  Sarah told me that she was unable to get a hold of the manager. I asked how I get the rest of my frame off the broken mirror. She told me to get a hammer & hammer the remaining frame off & then throw the mirror away. I had to aggressively hammer the framing off.  We threw the mirror away. The next day, I called to see if the manager was in (who I am just now finding out is named [redacted]). She was in. [redacted] was not concerned about me as a customer. I asked her if she had been informed of my situation. She said no. I explained & she said we can replace your mirror but we don't have any in stock. I asked her what I should do since it was my last day in town. She said that I would need to bring the mirror back in & that would be the only way she would be able to tell if it was their fault or not. I explained that was not possible since Sarah asked me to throw it away. I told [redacted] that I either needed a refund or they should replace my mirror. She said again that she needed to see it first to determine why the mirror broke. I then asked to speak to the owner and that is when she hung up on me. [redacted] never asked me to "refrain from my insulting language" during the conversation & she didn’t mention 10% off. Neither [redacted] nor the owner was present for the install. How can they say that my mirror frame was properly installed or wasn't? That edge should have not so easily fallen off had it been done correctly. I had to aggressively hammer the other edges off & they say a van ride home would have enough power to remove the frame of a mirror? I don't think so.I am simply asking for a refund.

The (her) story is still changing but the fact remains the same. Her invoice/contract was fulfilled when her mirror was picked up. We can not control what was done during her drive or while unloading. That's what she wanted; Will Call and did not want to pay for delivery. Our office manager did offer her a 10% discount on a replacement mirror but she was leaving town and did not want it.
There isn't anything we can do for her at this point. She ordered her closet mirror door repaired. We did that and gave it to her. There isn't any reason to refund her money. She got what she's paid for in her contract/invoice. Our invoices clearly no refunds.
Thanks,
Rich

I have already submitted a response and nothing has changed except that he paid in full for his unit, minus the installation. We would not be threatening into providing a service we do not offer.

All I can say about this company is that they do a phenomenal job and the customer service is the best I have seen. I had a broken window in my bedroom and I was afraid to go to sleep. I called CWG at 10pm and they had a person come out to replace my window. They were the only ones I could find that answered my call that late. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them to anybody

I would behoove others to not do business with this company or [redacted]. My experience was unpleasant almost immediately. Called in for a quote with measurements and was given a price. Called back and asked to go high on the estimate to be safe, and was given a higher price. When they finally came out to measure the price was increased yet again. They claimed that "its a larger piece so we will need 2 men". They knew the size of the window the entire time.?!?!?! Was told 5-7 days for them to be able to install. Ended up being almost 3 weeks. Broken glass was left in multiple areas, tools and equipment were set on furniture, and glass was even left in the driveway from the work truck. Their prices are absolutely inconsistent. Sales gimmicks every step of the way and each window being unique or a custom order and so on. When they answer the phone no one identifies themselves and the tone from the office is very unpleasant to say the least. This company is not forthright, lacks integrity, and will be hearing more from us soon.

Cheaper window and glass was very rude on the phone, and their pricing constantly changed. I quickly realized they were lying when their lips were moving. Will go to another company.
