I had three windows and a srcadis door installed in my house addition by Cheaper Window Glass. I took three bids and picked them. They were professional, timely, and provided excellent products. Thanks for a job well done!

Review: I paid cheaper widow and glass 132.89 for installation in addition to the $180.00 dollars which covered the window. Cheaper Window and Glass held my window hostage and would not refund the $180 or provide me with my window I had already paid for, unless I paid $132.89 to cover the cost of installation which Cheaper Window refused to complete. They believed I should be required to be on call an entire day for installation despite having a verbal contract for a Saturday installation at an additional $40.00. I paid the $132.89 under duress, and demand cheaper window refund the 132.89 or provide an installation per our contract. Cheaper window has begun slandering me calling me unstable and unusual for demanding they comply with their verbal and written contract.Desired Settlement: Refund $ 132.89 or an installation on promised day.

I have already submitted a response and nothing has changed except that he paid in full for his unit, minus the installation. We would not be threatening into providing a service we do not offer.

I have disputed the transaction with the credit card company, and if necessary will proceed with legal action against Cheaper window for fraud, defamation, libel, and failure to provide for services paid. I have them on camera and on paper providing false and misleading information. Keep laughing Rich, and Tina, you won't be laughing after a judgement is placed against your business.

The customer already has his window. He picked it up after all the threats, extortion, and insults to my employee. After his attempts at trickery by lying to myself, my installer, and the other owner, we reserved the right to refuse service any longer. In the spirit of fairness and goodwill, we subtracted the cost of installation. His deposit was nonrefundable and after cancelling his appointment for installation, he tried to get us to install on a Saturday (which we Do Not Do).Mr. [redacted], or [redacted] or St[redacted] and unknown other alias he has used to slander our company is not welcome at our business and has been told to cease and desist. His harassment and fabrication of facts on multiple social media sights has opened himself up to legal action. He has made it clear he is suing us and to except to be served.There is no satisfying (fill in his names) him. He got the window he paid for and we refused to install it on a Saturday, so we didn't charge him for the original labor.

After shopping aroung I found Cheaper Window Glass and they were so profesional from day 1, not only were they the cheapest that I could find but they were able to have my dual pained arcadia glass door within a week, which was very important to me because it's the door to my bedroom, and the fact that this is a custom door I was all the more pleased that they were able to install it so quickly..I loved them so much that I also used them to install 5 sun screans, one of the best decisions i've made because they are wonderful, and once again the people at Cheaper Window glass were professional and the most affordable. I've recommended them to friends and would highly reccomend them to anybody needeing to replace their glass of any type
