I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I took the initiative to call them....

They did say that they will reissue the check, but that is the same thing they said for the 2nd and 3rd check reissue, and I have not received anything from them, and they did not even bother to reissue the 3rd check even after I called and the lady took me that she would do it. I reserve the right to reopen this complaint until I finally receive the check.
