I too had a horrrible exspsteak is unediblei saw the guy in his truck and he said he would stop by, never did also they knocked on my door...I did not seek them outthe box they showed was not the box I recievedBait and switch

We understand that the customer had a complaint that we addressed and corrected, the original complaint was the exact same one that was given originally and before delivering any new food we asked that they inspect it to make sure everything looked the way they wanted they said everything looks perfect and then proceeded to except both packages at no time or on any of our paperwork does it say we will replace any food within in hour, what company with the capability of doing that?? The client was also explained to before signing the receipt we cannot offer refunds due to the fact that food is a perishable item and cannot be resold and they understood and signed the receipt as far as freshness our food is delivered on daily basis from a local supplier and we have all the paperwork to prove it! Once again we are sorry to say we do not offer refunds only product exchange

We are extremely sorry to hear you had an issue with one of our products, we deliver thousands of cases of food a month with a tremendous satisfaction ratewe understand that problems may arise and thats why we stand by our products 100%! We wish we were contacted first so we can have addressed the issue right away and sent out a brand new case of steaks...we are more than happy to issue half the money back if that satisfactory for you and again we deeply appologize for any inconvinence this may have cause you

*** *** FYI: the company DID NOT inform me that a check would be sent in another week I was informed that it would take 4-weeks I wanted to clarify their statement

we are sorry to hear that our customer had an issue with one of our products, as we strive for perfection we understand there will be issues that arise therefore we stand behind our product 100%We do offer a day cancelation but there are conditions as stated in the signed receipt stating the
package has to be returned as it was received and you cannot eat any of the food, in the clients case they ate some of the food and while we are trying to make it right for them they are refusing our customer servicewe are sorry we do not offer refunds due to the fact that food is a perishable item and cannot be resold we are however happy to drop off new food in place of the original order

These guys come all the way to Massachusetts and Rhode Island every couple of months to sell their productIt was by coincidence that I saw the sales truck on the road and chased him down to see what exactly he was sellingThe only special was the steak at the time, so that's what I purchasedIt really was the best steak I've ever eaten in my lifeIt sounds ridiculous but the supermarkets sell crummy steak; I didn't know what good steak tasted like until I tried this stuffI tried their fish next time and I was not disappointed I've tried to match their prices elsewhere but I've thus far been unable toThe only drawback is I have to buy in bulk because the salesperson only comes every couple months due to the distance he has to drive

We apologize the customer didn't have a great experience and that is unexceptable, we are committed to 100% customer service and we make sure we drop an entire case of fresh food on or before 8/**/2015

We have been in contact with the customer and have advised her she will be receiving a full refund by the end of next week. We apologized to her that it wasn't as quick as she would have liked it but she can rest assure a full refund is on its way

As we expressed in our last email if a customer refuses customer service which is our policy there is nothing further we can offer we do not offer cash refunds as stated on their signed receipt

We appplogize about the delay I was not aware a check was not sent out and will send one out fist thing in the morning
