[Your Answer Here] To Whom It May Concern:Chefs Diet Delivery has occasionally picked up the phone and corresponded via email with false representations and false promises. I have been told numerous times that deliveries would resume, and they never did. I asked repeatedly for an accurate accounting of what monies or credits I am owed. Each time, I was told that someone would contact me with the info. It never happened. I said I wanted to cancel and get a refund on my [redacted]. It never happened. Now, NOONE is answering phone or emails. This is criminal. I am owed around $2300. I want my money back. They are actually disgusting, because they make up different stories and mislead me. Since 1-**-15, I have had one delivery! I used this company for many years and was very happy. Apparently it was sold in January and it is now a sham. I have spoken to [redacted], sales rep, repeatedly. His number is ###-###-#### and to [redacted] at customer service ###-###-####. I am angered and saddened by this situation. Review: I received two packages of food on Sunday December [redacted] which I did not order. Additionally when I opened my credit card bill they charged my account $479.94 which I did not authorize. I phoned them to pick up the package and credit my credit card and also to remove any credit card number they kept on file. Originally when I ordered the trial package they told me they would not keep my credit card on file and not reorder any product without my authorization. To my surprise that is exactly what the did and when I called them they gave me a hard time and accused me of not being honest. I since cancelled my credit card and placed a claim of fraudulent charges to my bill.Desired Settlement: My credit card is credited for the $479.94 they charged without my authorization. They clean up there selling practices and not have this happen to another person.

Review: Chef's Diet has received full payment for a food delivery service. I have not received any deliveries since January **, 2015. No one from customer service or accounts has returned numerous calls, messages, and emails.

Review: This company is extremely aggressive when it comes to sales - they send email and call non stop but when it comes to actually deliver the product they disappear. No emails, no calls no answering of the phone and no product. I signed up for a 21 day food delivery plan and after 6 days the excuses started coming.... one day at a time went by and no food was delivered. I call and they say "tomorrow" , then its 2 more days .... and on and on. I ask for my money back and they insist on adding days to the end of my service period but I no longer want anything from them. I have called 5x and sent many emails with no response. Their customer service is THE WORST and they basically stole my money and gave me nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like them to give me ALL of my money back...

Review: I was charged $1,180.96 by Chef's diet on 12/** for 30 days of meal delivery service. I received only 14 days of meal delivery. During the past two months, the company suspended service, claiming damages to their facilities preventing them from continuing to deliver meals. They have sporadically promised, through email, new start dates that have not materialized. Currently, it is impossible to contact anybody at the company - they have had nobody manning phones or returning calls for weeks, and there has been no attempt to contact customers for the past three weeks.Desired Settlement: Refund of money for undelivered meals - $629.85

Review: I need some assistance finding out whether I was scammed by Chef's Diet. Over two years ago I paid for and began a daily food delivery service of meals. I continued to sign up for the service and was satisfied with the quality of food and the consistency of delivery. I received 3 meals and 2 snacks each weekday which helped me reduce weight and eat well. Since I work this delivery service eliminated the need for shopping or food preparation. On Dec. [redacted] I received an email from [redacted] informing me that he was leaving the company and that [redacted] was the new head of sales. Deliveries continued until Jan [redacted] when NY was going to be hit by a blizzard. Since then I have received emails (2/*, 2/**, and 2/**) promising improved kitchens and delivery systems. There has been no deliveries and subsequent promised dates have not materialized. Telephone calls go unanswered as do emails. Now the web site is not working and often the voice message system is full or you become disconnected. I have asked for a refund and that also is not forthcoming. Financially I am out over $2,000. Curiously I was left a complimentary daily delivery Saturday, March [redacted] from a competitive company. How did they know I was receiving deliveries and inviting me to buy into this new service. Is this the same company now asking me for more money without giving me credit for what I already paid. It all looks real shady to me. Can you investigate chef's diet? I am curious as to what is going on and I am also interested in making sure anyone else is not conned by Chef's Diet. Their address is listed at [redacted], is listed on web as [redacted] of business development for Chef's diet and another address is given ( [redacted]United States I have a couple of different telephone numbers for them: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I have requested that my credit card company, [redacted], secure a 50% refund from Chef's diet. The Total charge to my account was $2351.07.

Review: I have been with this company for a year. They started very good with delivery consistent however for the past 3 months I have not gotten my food and they have charged my credit card $700.00. I have emailed them numerous times with no response and I have also called their customer service which is really non-existence. I would like a refund please ASAP.Desired Settlement: I would like Chef Diets to refund my credit card on the amount of $700

Review: Payment was made on 4/**/2014 for 155 days of service at 39.99 per/day plus 30 free days. Payment was for:

$6,748.56 Starting on July **, 2014 with the New End Date: March **, 2015 for 4 x times a week food delivery. There has been no delivery, since January ** 2015, except for February **, March [redacted] & [redacted]. Numerous calls have been made, with no response. I did receive generic e-mails stating that they have trouble with their kitchen and need to relocate but this has been an ongoing issue with the same lack of response. I am enclosing the e-mail exchange I had with Chef's Diet:

Dear Chef’s Diet,

I finally received my first meal delivery this Wednesday February **, 2015. I am relieved to be back on track. I will need to suspend my service for one day: This Monday March *, 2015. I tried calling to speak with a representative but have not been able to connect. Please verify that you have received this message and we need to establish how this extended interruption is being compensated.
