The settling resulted from improper drainage of the downspout under the concrete. I had to work on this myself secondary to erosion from the downspout as well. The finish of the concrete is not satisfactory either. [redacted] did come out, 11 months after he said he would, and reapplied the xylene, but did a very poor job and said he would come back and correct it (bubbles and white marks) and has as of yet not done that either. If this is not done in November, as he stated it will be in his response, I plan on filing a small claims report and seek monetary damages for the work. Pictures have been taken and the file is ready to file. I like [redacted], but his business ethic is horrible when he repeatedly states he will be there to correct and repeatedly does not do so.

We'll see, I have been promised this exact same thing on no less than 15 separate occasions.

We installed the caps on the sitting bench and is complete. If the [redacted]'s need anything else done we will gladly do it. We apologize for the Mason part of the job taking longer than it should.

I went to the customers home to see the step that need that need repair. The crack is a hairline crack spoke to the customer and we both agreed concrete filler would do the job.

rejecting this response because:The owner is a liar and a cheat. The only reason he refunded our money was because we started the small claims process. We should have listened to our attorney who, from the get go said to just take him to court, but [redacted] always had an excuse or told us "the check was in the mail." So week after week we kept bugging him for our money back and gave him multiple opportunities to pay. [redacted] has been taken to court for similar issues multiple times under multiple business names to our knowledge. It just comes down to that he is a lair and a pretty poor human being. Even his Revdex.com response about 'minimum order for concrete' does not make sense or apply to the situation.

Nobody showed up this week to fix the sprinkler. I remember [redacted] saying they have a job with sprinklers.
Since you poured concrete on the sprinkler head and consequently broke the sprinkler line, you're accountable to get my sprinkler line fixed, and make sure the patio is not compromised. If you do not do the repair, you should get somebody who does come out and do the work, or reimburse us for the repair.

Hello, [redacted]. I came over to [redacted] home to inspect the sprinklers there's no sprinkler under the patio I just text [redacted] the home owner and he says that there's one under the patio.

I have completed $21,000 with the work I received 20,000. when we entered in disagreement we both were not aware that we needed a little demolition license for the garage I am not licensed for demo. i've been told that you hired a different company to finish up the work I think our business is done.

I will call [redacted] this week to set up a time and look at the repair work. These las t couple of weeks have been very busy.

I am rejecting this response because: the business said they would contact me by the end of the week, they have not and my required time to respond (5 days) is up today.  This has been going on for almost a year.  The business contacts me (occasionally) and always says the same thing, but never shows up.  If I had the money i'd have the entire concrete they poured removed and redone, it's that bad.
