Complaint: [redacted] Hello,I have attached a copy of the estimate for what it will take to remove rocks out of paint, repaint the rear quarter panel (which was never completed by Exotic, who you sublet the paint work to) and address manufacturing defect in the bumperThis estimate doesn’t address the melted 3M protection on the hood (which was requested to be addressed from day 1).? Also, the rear temperature control panel was replaced in service on 10/19/17, but per Logan there was no resolution to correcting the discolored buttons (which are b***) but the rest of the buttons inside of the vehicle are all stainless buttons, which do not match, and no resolution was found and buttons still remain b [redacted] instead of stainless.? Finally, when service adjusted the drivers door to make it straight, two large bolts under the hood were left unscrewed on the front quarter panel, which is a safety concern.? All Cadillac of Bellevue is doing is wanting to “talk” about the issues and not resolve themI have been talking to them since 6/7/17-10/19/when I was told no work is being authorized, I provided the estimate via email for the repairs I would have to make to the manufacturer defects and I do not want to bring my vehicle into Cadillac of Bellevue anymore, as I do not trust they will correct the issues as I have given them over the allotted attempts to rectify paint issueCompensation is in order so that I may go elsewhere to correct manufacturing defects I am rejecting this response because:? Hello,As I have been out of town for several weeks, my apologies for the delayed response! I spoke with Mr***, and we discussed his complaint The vehicle he purchased was not advertised as, nor documents signed stating the vehicle was Certified While the vehicle was not
advertised as such, I am meeting with him on Wednesday to review options of good will offered by our store to ensure he is happy I truly appreciate his feedback, and look forward to meeting with him Many thanks,Melissa S***

This case is currently with Cadillac in Arbitration for quality concerns. We are happy they are looking at a replacement vehicle by Cadillac, as it had reached the point of frustration both on the side of the customer and Cadillac of Bellevue. We hope they are able to reach a solution with the manufacturer.

We submitted a cancellation to the company within a week of his initial request When the company issued a refund to credit our account, a check was issued and sent to his bank to credit his auto loan We are required to send any refunds to the bank issuing the loan on the car
Our finance managers have been in contact with the customer and left messages to answer any questions We wish him well, and hope he reaches out should he have any further questions or concerns

In December this vehicle was deemed a Lemon, per the Lemon law of Washington, and sold to me by Cadillac of Bellevue along with Assistant manager LancerWhen I was advised by the manufacturer GM to come in to select my replacement vehicle, I called and spoke to Amelian, who confirmed availability of a vehicle I wanted to come in to look at, so Amelian set up an appointment with me to come in, and after I advised him of my name and who I was not even minutes later I received a call back from him telling me the car was sold per his manager LancerI then sent an anonymous request to see the vehicle via the website to online sales rep by the name of Rick, who advised me that yes, the vehicle is absolutely not sold and available for me to come in and look atI set up an appointment with Rick and came in to select the replacement vehicle, provided the salesman the VIN numberI called GM to advise them that I selected the replacement for the Lemon, and was advised by GM rep that Cadillac of Bellevue is refusing to replace the Lemon they sold.? This should be very embarrassing for this dealership to sell 80k Lemons, and their employee Lancer’s discrimination against me is going too far to the point he is refusing to replace my vehicle under the Lemon Law of Washington.?
