The customer is certainly entitled to his/her refund asap. They need to go into the store and fill out a refund request and leave a copy of their credit card and it will be refunded within 3 business days. The refunds are sent to our main accounting office. Sorry about the confusionRon...

The fact of the matter is I did put a $200 deposit down. I was told when I came into the building on Tuesday October [redacted] 2014 around 630pm, By [redacted], the [redacted] that the money was refunded on the spot when I handed him my card. He returned my card on this visit and said the money would be in my account on Friday the latest. When I asked about a receipt for the refund, he stated there was no receipt. Then after multiple messages and calls to find out what happen to my money I finally reached [redacted] (the original salesman) on Monday October [redacted] around 12;30pm (again after multiple calls and messages, including text messages to his cell phone). When I spoke to [redacted] he told me that if my wife didn't post a complaint on [redacted], I would of had the money back already, but since she publically reviewed the business in a negative manner, They decide to drag their feet.
Quite honestly, up until the financing couldn't be obtained I had no complaints about this business. However their impeccable customer service was a façade that disappeared and was replaced with an atrocious, rude and outright unfriendly manner as soon as it became clear that I was not in a position to obtain credit through their lenders.
I just want my $200 back. I've already done a lot of foot work by calling and driving to the business to get it back. I did leave messages telling [redacted] the [redacted] that this Revdex.com review was my next step and still I haven't seen any money refunded to my account and I haven't received any phone calls back. All phone calls have been me calling them. Though [redacted] hasn't returned any calls I can say at least he is polite unlike [redacted] who thinks its okay to curse out my [redacted] wife.
Please all I want is our $200 back. Its not a lot of money and it shouldn't be this difficult.

Review: I put a $200 deposit down in order for Chevy to pull my credit and see if they could obtain credit on a used car. They informed me they were unable to obtain credit and I asked for my deposit back as I was promised in writing and verbally. It has since been a full week and I have gone to the business location and I have called and been hung up on, left on hold and told I would be called back numerous times. All to no avail. Then today I get my car salesman [redacted] on the phone and he tells me they aren't giving me my money back because my wife put a negative review about their business practice on [redacted]. Me and my wife are expecting our frist child and need that deposit back to cover our bills as well get her a replacement car for a car that was totaled.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 deposit refunded as originally promised. I am tired of being told things only to be lied to. I am tired of calling and being hung up on, or put on hold for long periods of time. I am tired of coming down just to be lied to. I am not sorry my wife gave you a negative review of [redacted] and that shouldn't matter in the matter of me getting refunded a deposit.

Review: I received an advertising offer to test drive a Chevrolet Traverse which I did prior to the expiration date of the offer. My husband and I spent almost two hours with the salesperson learning about the features and test driving the vehicle. The dealership collected the card with the offer on it and told me they would take care of getting me the free gift $50 [redacted]. Several months have passed and the gift card did not arrive. I later learned that the dealership was supposed to provide me with a code at the test drive and that I needed to go online with the code. This was not expressed at the time and instructions were not contained within the offer. I spoke with representatives at the dealership level, wrote a letter to the corporate office and fielded many calls from [redacted]'s marketing department -each area blaming the other. As of today, a gift card has not arrived.Desired Settlement: Send the promised $50 [redacted] Gift card

Review: 10 minutes after leasing the car I ran into issues and wanted to return the vehicle. According to the Dealer , once it leaves the lot it would cost me a lot of money to return.

According to other dealers (includung a Chevy Dealer, this is not true)

We were not treated honestly from when we first entered. I kept trying to see if things would change, but it did not.

Now I still can't drive the car because there are several recalls. All our vacation trips are on hold because we are afraid to drive the car for long distances.

No one can seem to help and I think this is unfair since I still have to make my monthly lease payments.

I'm not sure if my complaint should be with General Motors as well. I just need a reliable car for me and my child.Desired Settlement: Replace the vehicle and not have me come out of pocket with a ridiculous amount of money.

Business

Response:

To Whom it may concern, The vehicle in question has one open recall. We ve tried numerous to have the customer come in to inspect the vehicle. We haven't received a return call to date. As far as returning the vehicle, we spoke to the customer well over a month after she took delivery and explained that we couldn't just take the vehicle back but we would do all we can within reason to satisfy her. At this time we would like to have the customer come in and have the recall completed and speak to her about trading in the vehicle for something shed be more satisfied with.

Thank You

The response is not accurate at all. I only received a call about the recall after I put in a complaint. Also, I've been trying to get a fair deal since the 1st day I leased the vehicle.

I'm done. I"m just trying to wait until I can turn in the car with out any further penalties.

Review: I purchased a vehicle and were promised as per the sticker that the all-weather mats were included and have heard excuse after excuse about the mats. Nobody has returned my calls and promised that they would arrive weeks ago. This unprofessional dealer is a disgrace to any organization that deals with customer service. 1) car was promised and delivered a day late. 2) they could not even produce the car keys upon delivery. 3) did not produce the items that were on the sticker. I buy and lease about 1 car a year and this is the worst dealership. I would never use this dealer ever again.Desired Settlement: Give me cash amount listed on the sticker for the mats. I purchased them on my own because of the stress this dealership causes.

Review: BEWARE of this dealership. Very aggressive and unethical sales tactics. The salesman required us to fill out a form to get the price of the car. She called it the "Embassy program " . They insisted we put our Social Security number. WE had been to 2 other dealers in the area and they did not require this information. We asked why and they said it was needed to get the pricing. I explained I was concerned and didn't want a credit check run on me yet because I didn't even know if we were getting the car yet. She insisted it was required to get the incentives for the "Embassy Program". We felt pressured and filled out the form. We just wanted a price on the car. We decided not to purchase the car and I requested the form back that had my social security number. I am very concerned about Identity Theft. Why should a card dealership where I DID NOT purchase a car have my Social Security number on file. [redacted] refused to give me the form stating once I filled it out, it was his property and he had to keep it on file. They also wanted my credit card to hold just to give me a price quote stating "it will show you are really interested in purchasing the car today". I had to ask 3 times before my credit card was returned. I called Chevy Corporate head quarters and spoke with [redacted]. He never heard of the "Embassy Program". This dealership is holding my personal information without my permission.Desired Settlement: I would like my personal information back. I do not want any copies stored in their store.

Business

Response:

[redacted] asked us to run his credit because he wanted to purchase a new Chevrolet Traverse. After giving him prices, [redacted] did not want to take our offer and started yelling and stormed out of the showroom. We Did offer to give him his paperwork but left threatening to call the main office.

The paperwork is waiting at the dealership for him for whenver he would like to pick it up.

Thank You
