SCAM COMPANY. They tell you that you are approved to be an ambassador of their company on social media and if you buy theor pruduct you will then be awarded with special perks and given a discount code after purchase. None of that happened and as I dug deeper found the exact complaint against this company dozens of times. I contacted them twice and had to have my debit card cancled because of these fraudlent charges.

This company represents false items and advertising, but my complaint is that they send numerous emails from different names. After asking to be taken off their list several times, they keep sending emails. Also, in their soliciting emails, they do not provide an opt out button, and their customer service number is disconnected. Please help and thank you.

Scammed me out of $4,000 dollars. DO NOT ENROLL HERE. They are refusing to refund me my money after I unenrolled from their school. Now, it has been 6 months since I requested my refund. Amy from Chic NYC is aware of this issue but will not make sure my refund gets back to me let alone actually provide documentation that my refund is being processed.

I ordered a item off their site and they did not ship it, They keep telling me they'll ship it but they don't, other people have filed complaints against them for scamming people and just taking their money.

Hi, I received an email from this company in early November asking me to become a Brand Ambassador with a variety of things that they would provide if you chose to accept. In addition, they offer a deep discount code for merchandise to place an order which I did and spent approximately $40. I received notification that my item shipped on November ***, about 2 weeks from the time it was placed, and to this day, the item has still never been received. I reached out multiple times and have been given false information that it was shipped *** but they can never provide a *** number, or follow through with any legitimate information. Now knowing this, I did further research to find dozens of similar complaints with customers spending hundreds for items never received. This company is stealing money, falsely advertising, soliciting consumers with false promises and absolutely needs to be shut down. Even the Revdex.com has given this company an "F" rating. I have since asked the company to provide a full refund which also has not occurred and they have just stopped responding. I wanted to formally file a complaint and plan to take this further if not resolved.

I purchased a shirt after being sent an email from them saying they wanted to work with me. They gave me a discount code to use to get the item cheaper. After I purchased the item I didn’t realize that I would need that money shortly after. So I sent them an email saying that I would like a refund. However I got no response, so I emailed them from another email of mines again stating I wanted a refund and that I’m sorry for having to cancel my order but again they never sent me a reply back to either emails. I never received my money back and all it is stating is that my order is confirmed it’s been almost a full week since the initial purchase. I opened a account on their website after I made the order because I thought that might be a way to contact them and let them know that I want the order cancelled which they never responded to. On the order page they say they don’t give refunds but they don’t seem to have plans to send me the item either so it should only be fair that I receive my money back.

I ordered over $300 worth of merchandise from CHIC NYC. after receiving a message on my Instagram saying they wanted me to promote their brand. So they gave me a discount code saving me over $400 but I never received anything. And no response from the company

I had placed an order on their website on May , 2019. It is now September , 2019 and I never recieved my products or a refund. I emailed them on July *** about disputing the order through my bank account. They reassured me that I would receive my order soon. It now been almost 3 months since that reassurance. At this point I just want a refund for not receiving any of my order.

I placed an order with Chic NYC on May ***. They took my money and I never received my merchandise.

I ordered 2 shirts and never received them. Customer service said they’d look into it and never did. I reached out again and nothing.

In April of 2019 I was approached by an associate of CHIC NYC in one of my Instagram posts. She commented telling me that they would be interested in working with me and asked to email her, I emailed her and she made many empty promises such as; that I will be an embassador and that I will be able to attend runways and that I will feature on their page etc.., She then told me before all of that happens you have to place your first order and then we will give you a discount code for your followers, I went ahead and placed my first order.... everything seemed well so I went ahead and placed a second order and of course more empty promises hit and I made my third purchase all in that month back to back. Days and weeks passed and they were no longer making promises, neither were day delivering any of my items or telling me what was going on.... time kept passing it had already been around two months and I finally received a package which only included one of my items. Of course, right after that I emailed and told them the situation and about my long wait and they said I will be getting my items soon, items which I still have not received and is now August 2019 it has been over three months. After I emailed several times they said I will be receiving a refund it has been close to a month and I have not received anything at all. This company is a scam and is playing with peoples time and money. Something needs to be done.

Hello, I ordered a top Fromm chic NYC as I signed up to be a brand ambassador. They advised it would take 1 month to arrive as hand made which is fine. I ordered my top on the /03/2019 I still haven’t received it. Every time I chase them they advise me they will send me a new one out, what business does this without questioning looking into where my order has got lost? To me shows they are not even sending it out. The tracking number they give doesn’t work and when I spoke to Royal Mail they advised the same which indicates they hadn’t sent it and advised me to contact chic NYC. You cannot properly speak to someone there for help. I also wrote on there social media’s which they ignored and even deleted my comments so others didn’t see.

I purchased a shirt from thus company at end of my or beginning if June 2019 and was given order # everything I never heard anything back, no tracking nothing I contact then via email to get no response, try calling them full voicemail and rent straight to voice mail. They have sense changed their email address and have changed their website as well . I am out $27.00 and I havent been able to get in contact with anyone to receive my refund of $27 or the shirt I purchased. I would like to receive my refund or the shirt I paid for and I would like for this company to be held responsible for scamming snd conning people out of their money. The FBI needs to get involved seeing this is in fact a federal crime and has to do with scamming money over the internet. I have all of my emails and correspondence regarding purchase and emails before my purchase and emails I sent after the fact that goes to show how they have changed sites and addresses via email. I have screenshots and detailed evidence against this company.

I placed an order on May *** that has not arrived as of July ***. I have made multiple attempts to contact the business via email asking for a tracking number for my shipment to be provided and have received every excuse with no number to be revealed. It is my belief that the package was never shipped and the company had no intention of doing so. After requesting a refund I still have received no response or tracking information as promised.

I was approached by a CHIC NYC associate on social media in the month of May for collaboration purposes. I was given a code for free shipping to shop on their site and I had successfully placed my order then with a promise to receive a code for my followers to use. After weeks of waiting for my order, I contacted customer service and told me it usually takes 40 days for international shipping, although Canada is the neighbouring country. I've been following up then and their shipping reps keep giving me run arounds and still haven't receive the one item I ordered two months ago. I've been charged on my credit card and I still don't have the item.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Feb , 2019. They processed my payment immediately and it came out of my bank account. I have yet to receive my order. It is April , 2019. I have spoken with them over 15 times and they just let me wait. They said it takes 10 days to receive ... Now it has been over 60 days and the company do not response any more. When I spoke to them last they said they would not refund , all sales are final. I am furious and want something done with this company!!!! Help!!!!!!!!

I ordered from this company over a month ago, almost 2 months now. I have yet to receive my order. I've emailed them and they sent me my tracking number which I tried and it's invalid. I told them this and they told me it would be available in 5 days, which it has not. They're liars and scammers and I'm out a big chunk of money because of them, and I am FURIOUS. This is not acceptable. I want my order, or my money back!

I was contacted by this company on social media to collaborate with them, as I have seen many other women have. I made a purchase with my own money back in December,
of 2018 and it is now March 2019, almost April. I was told since I am now an ambassador that delivery will arrive within 2 weeks. The money was deducted from my account right away. After multiple attempts to email the company and their shipping department for information, they resend my order out a second time in February saying it failed to ship out the first time. When I kindly ask to just refund my money, they stop responding. I told them I will report them to Revdex.com otherwise and they stop responding. I read some other complaints on Revdex.com site for this company about the same issue, now finding out it is most likely fraud/scam.

I was contacted via Instagram to be an ambassador for their company. I placed my order and they gave me “VIP” shipping. It has now been almost a month and I have not received any type of shipping update. I have contacted their customer service and have had no response regarding my tracking. I messaged again asking for a refund and they responded very rudely saying they do not grant refunds and if I went to my bank they would charge me double since I would have disputed the charge. I am very upset with my experience with this company and their lack of care for their customers.
