I was contacted via dm on Instagram to be an ambassador for this company. I ordered my product that day nov *** and it is now dec *** and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and it was just a week ago that I received my tracking information. They gave me VIP shipping and said it sent out and nope didn’t happen. When I finally got tracking they said there was a delay. Even with its holidays, I shouldn’t have to wait 40 days for a package. The tracking info doesn’t even help because it hasn’t been updated since 12/.

I made a purchase online and it’s almost goin to be a month since the purchase and they have not shipped. I’ve emailed three times to cancel my order and to refund my money and I haven’t gotten a response.
