They explained the process every step of the way in person plus provided follow up phone calls. Excellent service!! I have no complaints.

I had water damage to my home from a faulty icemaker line. Chicago Fire & Water arrived within an hour of the request for service. They assessed the situation, and guided me through the process of making a claim on my homeowners insurance. An hour after that, the demo team arrived to remove, treat, and clean up the water damaged areas. The crew - Steven *. and Jose *. - were professional and highly efficient - obviously experts at their work. By evening, the damaged area was cleaned up and drying out. It was a very positive experience to work with CF&W on such an unpleasant and anxiety-filled event. I would definitely recommend them if you experience water damage.

We had an excellent experience working with everyone at Chicago Water & Fire Restoration. A pipe cracked in our upstairs bathroom, causing damage in below as well. They came out immediately, took care of the water damage, and got us a quote on getting the work done that was very fair. Jason came out as our project manager and helped us understand everything that would be needed to get the work done. His crew, Kevin and Sean were out a few days later starting the project. They both were very professional and proficient in getting our bathroom back together and looking better than ever! They finished very quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. Jason was very helpful through everything and responded right away when we changed our minds on things.

Excellent all around service from CW and FR. They were out to my house within 60 minutes of my call to their company. All of the people I worked with, from the gentleman that came to give me an estimate, to the clean up crew, to the crew who came to pick up the equipment, were courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was done quickly and clean up was very easy. I am so very thankful for their help during a very difficult time!

I had a drain pipe break in my house. Water from my kitchen and laundry had been going thru my wall and into my crawl space. I had a recommendation to call Chicago Water and Fire Restoration. I am midway thru the process and at this point, I cannot be more satisfied. Not only did the adjuster Vinnie put me at ease with the situation, he was very professional and detailed the whole process. They are working with my insurance and I literally do not have to do anything. The clean up crew came out the next day. They were very courteous, professional and clean! I wish I could remember the names of all those who came out but the water has taken 10 days to dry out. A different crew came out every two days to evaluate the situation. EVERY group was just as courteous and professional as the others. Two of them were brothers, I think Mike was one. The last crew just left today, Steve H and Mike M. they picked up all the equipment and completed the final treatments. I look forward to hearing from their reconstruction group. I fully recommend this group to any homeowner who experiences damage to their home. They turn that feeling of devastation into a feeling that things are going to be taken care of.

My sewer backed up into the toilet off of my kitchen due to a sheared pipe. The smell and mess was beyond words.

I called Chicago Water & Fire and within 2 hours the project manager arrived and surveyed the damage, a hour later a crew arrived and stayed until 2AM (at my request). When they left the odor was gone.

The crew was great! They were considerate, neat, fast, and courteous. I could not have asked for more.

Chicago Water and Fire came and cleaned a mess in my basement. They were very helpful from the very beginning. Mike came out to give us a free estimate and was very helpful in explain the process. Another guy Mike came out to clean and explained what they did very well and paid extra attention to areas we were concerned about. Steven C[redacted] and Josen came out to pick up the machines left in the basement and check for moisture. The process from the very beginning has been great and very easy. I would recommend this company to anyone that need a clean up! Thank you to all of you who helped us!

We discovered a water leak on a Sunday. The leak was over a wood floor and had been leaking for several days. The wood plank floor was already turning brown in spots. Chicago Water & Fire came out that afternoon to assess the situation and installed equipment to remove the moisture and dry out the wood floor that evening. Wood floor looked great when they were done. Excellent job by pm Aaron [redacted] and technicians Gil and Mike.

Tech Sean C and Heper [redacted] C and Repair Estimater Will G, and Phil [redacted], Project Manager and 2 painters were all wonderful and very professional. I will definitly use this company again if the need should arise.

Excellent business relationship! Timely addressed the job (emergency I might add) and followed up to insure satisfaction. Workmen were a pleasure to have around nad not only completed the job professionally but cleaned up everything afterwards. Great company to have when You are in need!

Javiar and Max cleaned the water damage and removed the wet insulation from my utility area after a frozen water pipe leaked. They competed the job quickly and professionally. I also appreciated the fact that they could come out in the evening
so I wouldn't have to miss work,
