The total amount in the account is $264.81. [redacted] rejected the claim because the payments are older than their limit for accepting claims, and does not invalidate the account balance. That leaves about $139 still locked up by Chris F[redacted] / ChicagoVPS / NWNC illegally through an agreement I DID NOT make with him or his business.I DID NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE OF CHICAGOVPS ON WHICH THE BUSINESS IS CLAIMING THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.I made an agreement with [redacted] before the purchase, so this claim of not offering refunds does not apply to me or the balance in my account. Chris F[redacted] has shown in the past that he is willing to lie, cheat, and steal. My contract with [redacted] was prior to ChicagoVPS purchasing [redacted] (and subsequent raid of the customer base).
