I am rejecting this response because: I'm very sorry that they are going out of business, but these are $300 worth of wedding gifts that I will never receive. Instead of refunding two two parties that these gifts came from can they please send me a check? [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted]. The gifts that we're purchased I had returned to exchange or called and switched the gifts. The original gifts that I have not received were [redacted] heritage pavilion 2 place settings and 6 accent mugs.

Review: I placed a very large order for some [redacted] and [redacted] premium bone china tableware on 13 April 2014. Subsequently the order was amended, the new price e was agreed upon and the difference was to be refunded to my credit card (25 April) Our last contact was on 01 or 02 May, in which I spoke with either Paul Sr or Paul Jr. There was an understanding that the difference would be credited back to within the next few days. The goods would be delivered as they became available, the last of them by the end of July. Since then I have observed that many of the items have become available on the [redacted] and [redacted] website so I have written to them asking for status updates and called them almost every week but they have never answered the phone. I also wrote to them on 28 May, 29 May, 08 June, 23 June and 06 July - no response.

I am not accusing them of doing anything wrong - I have been doing business with them for the past two years and they have never defaulted.Desired Settlement: To date I have not received any of the goods. I simply need an email from either Paul Senior or Junior to tell me whether the order is still on track and when they will refund the difference in price and ship the goods. Alternatively, if they find that they can no longer fulfill the order, then they should tell me so and refund all my money. I would, of course, prefer that they complete the order and ship the goods to me. Order number is [redacted]. I need to hear from them.

Review: I ordered 3 bowls that matched my dinnerware set. They took 3-4 weeks to ship out. I received 3 bowls that I did not order. They sent me 3 blue bowls, when I had specified 3 "cream" bowls. I called to see what the next move would be to get my original order. I was told to wait until the correct bowls would be shipped before I sent back the blue bowls. I waited another 3 weeks and got 3 more incorrect bowls-blue ones. What a mess. I will not use this company again, nor recommend this company to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would prefer they ship my original order of 3 cream Flue de lis bowls ASAP

Review: I ordered eight soup bowls from mytableware.com on December 30, 2014. When we received our order, the bowls had defects from manufacturing (an irregularity in the pattern). We contacted the merchant, who told had us ship them back. We did not receive a replacement for quite some time, and I contacted them about the status. I was told there was quite a lot of snow, so they were unable to access their warehouse/loading dock. I called back a couple weeks later, and was told the same issue was present in all of the other bowls they had in stock. They informed me that I could either have a refund, or they would order some more bowls from the manufacturer in the Philippines. I have tried to contact them via email and telephone, and have been unable to reach the company.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive a refund for what we paid ($140.93), or to receive the products we ordered as described on their website.

Review: On April 10, 2014, I placed an order with myTableware.com. This order was charged to my [redacted] account in the amount of $235.16 on April 11, and the amount has since been paid by me in full--yet I am still awaiting delivery of the merchandise ordered.

On April 11, myTableware emailed confirmation of my order (ID#[redacted]) and advised that it had gone to the shipping department, and that my "order should be shipped within the next 1-10 business days." Here we are more than two months later, and all attempts to contact myTableware have been futile. I emailed inquiries to them on May 1 and on May 24; and on or about June 12, I used their "Contact Us" link to send another inquiry re my order--all to no avail.

Today I attempted to reach myTableware by phone, at both their toll-free number (###-###-####) and local number (###-###-####). The recording I got on both calls states that they are currently experiencing very high call volume, that all of their service representatives are helping other customers, that I should try again later, and that they apologize for the inconvenience. I suspect that no matter when I try again, I will continue to get the same recorded message. There is no answering machine that would provide an opportunity for me to leave a message.

I cannot afford to lose $235, so out of concern I am now turning to Revdex.com. If myTableware does indeed intend to fill my order eventually, I would expect them to extend me the courtesy of letting me know that, along with an explanation or reason for the delay; but if they have no intention of fulfilling my order, then I certainly expect a refund of my payment. Can you please help me with this frustrating situation? Thank you in advance for your help.

Review: I placed an order on April 23, 2014 for some dishes for $169.43 in total and the items have never been received although my credit card was charged immediately. I placed a call to the company on April 29th because I never received a shipment confirmation. I spoke with a lady named [redacted] who stated that my order should ship within a few days and I would receive confirmation. Since that point I have tried searching for the company online and and the website is no longer available. I have also, emailed [redacted] back once again with no response back. I have also tried contacting by telephone call and receive no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be delivered as originally stated or I would like for a full refund to be given to my credit card.
