Review: I have made several purchases from MyTableware.com in the past, and although shipping can sometimes take a while, I have always been able to get some customer service and eventually received my products.

Currently, I have two open orders that I have been waiting for. The money has already been withdrawn from my bank but the product has not shipped. What is worse is that their website is now down and there is only a recording stating that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back later. I am very concerned that I will never receive either my products or refund.

My orders were placed on 3/28/14 and on 4/12/14 and total about $280.00.

I was able to get through once to a person about a month ago who said that one of my orders would be shipping by the end of the week and the other would be sent the week after. I have tried three other times since but only received a recording. I noticed that they are also a seller on Amazon.com.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Review: I ordered received 8 sets of dishes ordered through MyTableware (AKA China and Crystal Exchange, Inc.). The dishes came in two packages, one package was very well packed and insulated but the other was not, one plate arrived broken. I have tried on MANY occassions to contact them by phone and one by email to get a replacement plate.

Their phone message for the past month has been "You have reached MyTableware.com, we are currently experiencing very high call volume, all of our customer service representatives are currently helping other customers, please try us back shortly, we apologize for the inconvenience, thank you."

No matter what time I call or how often this same message occurs. I sent an email on May 10th and still have not recieved a response from the company.

They have not fulfilled the order as I have a broken plate and would like it replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement plate for the one that was broken.

Review: On March 14, 2014 I ordered six (6) [redacted] Azure Coast Rim Soup Bowls from MyTableware.com (China and Crystal Exchange, Inc.), order #[redacted], for which I was charged $186.44. I called the company a few weeks later and was told they had trouble at the factory and would be delayed. Since that time I received two subsequent orders of the same pattern from MyTableware.com, but not my original order. I have repeatedly tried to reach the company by phone and email to no avail. Now it appears their website has been taken down.Desired Settlement: Could you please let me know if they are still in business, if my soup bowls are still on order and, if so, when they are expected to arrive. If they are no longer in business I want a prompt refund.

Review: I placed an order with mytableware.com on 02/03/14 for mugs in the amount of $47.42. I immediately received a confirmation email from them stating that my item would be shipped within 1-10 business days and that I would receive another email at that time with my shipping/tracking information. On 02/18/14 I still hadn't received a shipping/tracking confirmation email or the actual product in the mail so I attempted to contact them via email ([email protected]) and telephone (using the phone number in their email: ###-###-####). My email went unanswered (as of the date and time of this complaint) and every time I try calling it goes straight to an automated message with no option to leave a voicemail. I again attempted to contact the company via email (this time using a different email listed at Revdex.com.org for the owner: [redacted]) and telephone on 03/07/14 requesting a full refund. As of the date and time of this complaint I have not heard anything back.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel my order and be issued a full refund in the amount of the order, $47.42.

Review: I registered for tableware for my wedding through mytableware.com. I hadn't had a problem with getting items purchased from my registry until this past week. I still have 2 place settings, the creamer and sugar bowel, and 1 storage jar that have been purchased from wedding guests through mytableware.com that have not yet arrived. This last week I have tried to call them multiple times daily and no one answers. Now there website no longer exists and I'm beginning to worry that I will never receive my approximately $300.00 worth of tableware owed to me. I need someone at the company to contact me!Desired Settlement: I want someone at the company to at least contact me and I would like the $300.00 of items to be shipped to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm very sorry that they are going out of business, but these are $300 worth of wedding gifts that I will never receive. Instead of refunding two two parties that these gifts came from can they please send me a check? [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted]. The gifts that we're purchased I had returned to exchange or called and switched the gifts. The original gifts that I have not received were [redacted] heritage pavilion 2 place settings and 6 accent mugs.

Review: Dear Ladies and Sirs,

During on-line shopping in February on [redacted] my order somehow was duplicated, therefore the credit card was charged twice. I wrote to the shop couple of emails about this problem but did not receive a response. Then I called them on 22 April 2014, said about my problem. With regard to my emails they said they had never received them. Niether they received my adress to them via their on-line form directly from their web-site. I requested to cancel the duplicated order. A shop woman agreed and it followed an email from her confirming the order cancellation. The adress from which I received the confirmation was [redacted] Almost two months passed and there was no refund back to my card of the cancelled order. Today I tried to reach them by phone in order to check if there is any problem with the refund as normally it takes not more than 2 weeks. I dialed them 5 times within last hour and only heard an autoanswer that the are busy with the other customers and it asked to call back later.

To summarize, there were two orders: #[redacted] and #[redacted]. One is already delivered. The second was a duplicate of the other and was cancelled after my request made by phone, but the payment is not returned back to my credit card. Among these two numbers I do not remember exactly which was which.Desired Settlement: I want the shop to release or return back the amount the charged for the order-duplicate.

Review: I made an order of 8 plate setting china on March 20th 2014 and my email states I would get a confirmation email with the tracking number etc with 14 business days. I didn't receive that email and I then called the company. A service representative stated I should have that email confirmation any day now. I went ahead and waited anout 7 days and called when I din't receive my confirmation email. I then only got all lines are busy please try back anpther time. I called very early and then agin closer to the closing of the business day and got the same recording evertime. I tried calling again at any time during the day but the samer recording. I check there website and it was taken down. It has been restored 1 week later but still no resposse. I mailed the company 1 week ago and still no response. I am hoping to receive the products ordered or a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund but preferable my goods order to be delivered safely and intact

Review: I ordered $547.36 worth of china on April 11th 2014. The payment was taken from my credit card that day. I have not recieved any items from the company. I have tried to contact them via email and they have not responded. I have tried to telephone and the customer service number on the conformation email is not on service. I tried another phone enumber but continually get a recorded message saying they are experiencing a large number of calls and to call back later. Their website has been taken down saying it is "under construction". I was promised delivery within 10 days and have had nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of my items or my money refunded as soon as possible>

Review: I ordered a present for my parents on June 24th 2013 and was told repeatedly my order was shipping the next week and finally two months to the date of ordering it was shipped. The company never contacted me to explain the delay and when I wrote to them they responded with "The shipment was delayed in Customs and we had to wait for a re-shipment. The item was just shipped to us last week. We apologize for the extreme delay." I would have appreciated at least some communication during that time. Unfortunately I looked the company up AFTER I ordered and discovered many people have experienced the exact same problem. They do not seem to have good business decorum and have left a wake of dissatisfied customers.
