The two men were nice. Now to pay over $500.00 for ten minutes of work and a $40.00 part is way over the top. I could have told them no but I took the high road. Sorry l am not happy. This will be taken down and not show on this site

Josh was exceptionally professional and shared with us all our options. All from the most expensive work to the least expensive that was needed. We never felt pressured and the whole appointment was more like an old friend coming over to help versus a company wanting to do business. Very pleased and very affordable.

We noticed a leak in our home that appeared to come from the master bathroom. Christian Brother’s had been recommended to us by a friend. We called them and they were at our home in a very timely manner. Chuck and Jeff handled our inspections and repairs from the beginning to the end, including recommending a restoration company and checking in during the demo process to see how everything was going. They were kind and professional, I felt truly taken care of during our interactions and they did wonderful work!

Yes!! Phill was absolutely great. On time, efficient and did everything and then some.

Chuck did an outstanding job. Highly recommended. Prompt, clean and wore a mask!

Joe did an excellent job adding a water filtration system and water shutoff valve. He also clean up the area such that it looks better than before.

Tim did an outstanding job for us and has been to our home before. He is very professional and works in the homeowners best interest. Thank you Tim and I look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Equipment was inspected and the gentleman that did the inspection was courteous.

Isaac seemed personable and knowledgeable. Even though there wasn't much to do but he checked things and I would certainly have him back.

There is not much that I can say, out of everyone that I called the Christian brothers were the only ones who could make it within the same week. In fact I believe they made it the same day whereas every other company was at least a week away. A major issue when the AC stops working. I made sure to get a yearly service plan with them because of it

We have used Christian Brothers for at least 12 years. Yesterday and today our technician was Paul Gradill. We have always carried a service plan and always been happy with it especially when service is needed. Paul found we needed a new capacitor and compressor saver. He was here the next day to install. All was explained thoroughly and installation was under 30 minutes. Dispatch Marquell and Elizabeth were very nice to talk to. I do wish that the company would go back to appointment times or at least morning or afternoon blocks. The first appointment for a checkup was not a specific time, but today’s appointment for part replacement was given a time frame. Thanks CB.

Joe came out & replaced bad cartridge for my upstairs bathroom shower, quick response & fixed in a timely manner.

This company broke my oven, denied that they broke it, and has not offered a resolution. It's been 3 days. I've called 3 times. I had to spend extra money to get a new oven installed asap.

Barry was great. He upgraded our panel and some minor work. The minor work turned out to be a difficult puzzle that Barry was able to resolve... he just would NOT give up. You could tell he takes pride in his work. Whatever his pay is, it should probably be more. I recommend him any time!

I really am struggling to find the perfect words to express my gratitude with the exceptional service I have received from Christian Brothers. Late Saturday afternoon the past weekend, I called Christian Brothers after turning in my AC to discover no air was coming out of the vents. Paul came out the same day to inspect my AC. He didn’t try to oversell anything and offered cost effective options for my aging unit. And never did I feel like he was being pushy or trying to scare me into spending money with this company. In fact, he was very thorough in explaining everything and answering all of my questions, really making me feel at ease. Due to the age of my unit, (not the Paul or the company) I made the decision to have my AC replaced. George came out first thing Monday morning to take measurements to ensure he had everything he needed to get my unit installed. He made sure to communicate with me why he was there and the details of my install. By that same afternoon, George, Mason and Corey were installing my brand new AC! I didn’t expect to have a new AC installed in just 48 hours! These guys were awesome! They were fast, courteous, and very professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. By the time they got to installing my thermostat, I felt completely comfortable having them in my home as it is always uncomfortable having people you don’t know inside your living space. But these guys were great! They made sure to clean everything up before they left. It was like they were never even here, except now I had cold AC! Thank you so much Paul, George, Mason, Corey and Christian Brothers for taking a very stressful situation and resolving it so quickly and professionally. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend Christian Brothers! I really can’t thank them enough!!!

We have been very happy with Christian Brothers They have helped us with our water mechanicals and recently installed 2= new heat pumps. They arrived when they said they would and completed the installation that day. George and Mason were wonderful and even came in and adjusted all our ceiling vents.. we would recommend them to others.

I contacted Christian Brothers on 2/15/2020 about sewage backing up into my toilet and shower. The company promised to fix the issue that day. I put down a deposit of $1,234.50 for a complete sewer clean out and emergency service the company estimated the total bill would be twice that amount. The company didn't complete any work until 2/19 when they simply snaked/unplugged the toilet. The company offered to use a camera to check the rest of the sewer line. I declined that offer as the service was terrible. Following their recommendation the sewer continued to back up. At no point did the company offer to clean up the mess they even left footprints of the fecal matter they stepped in. My wife and I spent hours between 2/15 and 2/19 cleaning up sewage out of our bathroom. They repeatedly showed up without bringing the proper equipment and dug in the wrong places looking for the sewer cleanouts. Christian Brothers has acknowledged they didn't complete the work and has said they won't charge me any more money. They never provided an itemized estimate of what the service would cost. I trusted Christian Brothers and in the end it took them 5 days and $1,234.50 to do what other companies say they can do for less than 100 dollars the same day.

We have been a customer of Christian Brothers for several years and intend to remain their customers. The following is a review of our most recent experience with Christian Brothers. Joe Pompa came to our house the morning of March 12, 2020. He did the annual service of our hot water tank and inspected all the plumbing in the house. After consultation he presented us with four options to correct various problems or deficiencies in our plumbing. We selected the option we felt best suited our current needs and finances and notified Christian Brothers of our choice. Joe Pompa returned in the afternoon, at the agreed upon time, and performed ALL of the agreed upon fixes. Mr. Pompa worked clean, leaving no mess, marks or trash behind him. Having worked in the building trades I can state without reservation that Mr. Pompa did an excellent job. His work was second to none. He is a master of his craft and a pleasant person to have in our home. I can unreservedly recommend Mr. Pompa to any customer. Full Five Stars Five Times Over. We have been a customer of Christian Brothers for several years and intend to remain their customers.

Love the service and quality. I will definitely use their services again.
