Jon stopped by to give me options for an ac/heat unit repair or replacement. My unit was 25 years old and really needed to be replaced versus trying another patch job. Jon made sure to give me all options so that I could make a comfortable, economically- sound decision. I asked him to also look at my water heater while he was there, as it was also 25 years old. I knew it needed to be replaced, too. Jon was kind, patient, and compassionate in helping me make decisions without obligatory pressures. I ended up choosing to do both and also to have some other plumbing issues fixed — all at once.

The ac / heating team, Tom and Robert, were very professional, both kind and patient gentlemen, that took the time they needed to do things right the first time. They worked hard throughout the day, in rain and sunshine. No weather hiccups were going to stop them from getting the job done.

Justin pushed through the plumbing issues, strategically tackling each for efficient time management. He, too, was kind, patient and professional; and always stopped for a quick question, despite all of the tasks he had to do before the day was done.

In the end, all three gentlemen worked together, side-by-side. No one was left behind to finish up alone.

I contacted Christian Brothers on Monday morning regarding a plumbing issue. By early afternoon, Joe arrived to fix my problem. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He fixed my problem quickly and explained to me exactly what he had done. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had a shutoff valve leaking water in the master bedroom bathroom. I called about 8:30 a.m. and the technician arrived about 2:00 P.m. which was fine.
The water to the house had to be turned off at the water main as the shutoff valve had corroded.
The technician diagnosed the problem and gave me four options to fix it with each option being a different price. The least expensive option was $574.00. The parts for this repair would cost less than $50.00 and the technician was there less than an hour.
Since the tenants did not have running water in the house, I had to proceed because the water had been off for almost 20 hours. More than $500 for labor???? I would not recommend Christian Brothers Plubing and Electrical to anyone.

I called Christian Brothers about my water heater. We've had problems with it (pilot kept shutting off, impossible to get re-lit) over the past 6+ months. The dispatcher was kind, they took note of the issues and not even half an hour later, I received a call back that a tech was on the way. I had a tech by the name of Jeff H come by. He was very polite, he had literally put down a red rug on top of my front door mat! He put these shoe covers on his feet when I invited him inside (which I loved because I don't even allow myself, kids or husband to walk with shoes on in my house)! He was very thorough and gave me many options to choose from either fixing the problem or replacing it. He even let me call my husband over speaker phone to be in this decision making process. We chose to replace it knowing it was about 14+ years old. Jeff took his time and completed the job beautifully. He had me check his work and explained how the new up to date water heater worked, along with all the new safety updates. It was the full package, new pipes, new shut off valves, drip pan, installation, haul away, he even put back the shelving we had to move out of the way! We got a complimentary WH flush & checkup in a year & we were added to their member "copper plan" so if we need any work within a year we'll get their member discounts. Plus you can't top their 6 year tank and 1 year labor warranty. Also Jeff was great in answering all my questions before, during and after! Again,Thank you for your hard work in this crazy heat!

Called in the morning AC unit not working and they were out the same day. Unfortunately we needed a new unit. They were able to get it and install it the same day in 114 degree heat working until 7pm. Shay G and Tom did a great job. They were friendly and professional and did not seem bothered by the extreme heat. Thank you Christian Brothers. We have used your service and will continue to in the future. We have also used them for plumbing and they were amazing.

I sent an email to Christian Brothers on Sunday and received a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment. The scheduler was very accommodating and was able to schedule a technician for after 5 the same day. Barry Bridge arrived right on time, and he took the time to explain exactly what our electrical problem was and what he would do to repair it. He fixed it quickly and made sure I understood and was completely satisfied with his work. Barry also asked what other electrical issues we might have and offered an estimate for an unrelated problem while he was here. I really appreciate his professionalism and will definitely call Christian Brothers again!

A gentleman arrived with his young son, both in uniform (white shirts and badges etc.) it was $45 to walk over the front door step (OK a while ago now!).

My toilet handle had broken and the faucet near the floor would not turn to close off water.

He said $580, yes five hundred and eighty dollars for just these 2 SMALL repairs, $580 !!!!

I didn't want the son to hear what I was going to say, so I motioned the man aside and told him his charges were ASININE and to get out of my house. I live in a senior retirement town and it is disgusting these companies can come in and scam seniors like this.

I wrote to the local paper to warn others, but I was not allowed to mention their name, so I just told of the problem, the cost and said "Not very christian of these brothers".

Christian Brothers is not out to gouge you on our services. Our technicians will never sell you a product or service you do not need. Instead, we want to provide you with high-quality service at the most reasonable prices. The options were presented to you for that very reason upfront for you to decide which option works with your budget. The last option is not to do anything. I have been using Christian Brothers for years and would recommend them. They installed a complete new HVAC system in my house several years ago and while the installer, who wasn't with them long, did botch the job, Christian Bros. followed through to make sure it got corrected. Kudos to George, their QA Specialist for making sure this happened.
I have a service contract with them and if I have an issue, they dispatch someone and there's no additional service call fee. They have been honest with me on providing options for my plumbing and A/C systems and never pressure me or try to sell me something I don't need. I'm relatively handy and there have been a number of times when their techs have advised me on how to make a repair myself and save hundreds. I appreciate the honesty and quality service and also that I see the same techs as much as possible so they are familiar with my home. Eric P has been out on the last 3 or 4 calls and provided excellent service.

On 5/15/18, we contacted Christian Brothers due to a plumbing leak in the wall. That day a Technician, by the name of Justin, showed up to evaluate the problem. He told us that the problem was due to the sewer line. He said that he would have to call his office so that his boss would check it out. His boss told him to tell us that he would come by the following day, which he did. The next day (Jon) came and checked out the problem and informed us that the complete sewer line would have to be replaced. Jon said the he would bring his Finance person the next day to give us financing options. The following day Jon brought (Annalisa) his finance person. Jon gave us (4) options. We chose option #2, which was to replace entire sewer system in home from kitchken, laundry, bath only to exterior foundation, with a 50 yr pipe, and 25 yr labor warranty. This service would cost us $14,900.00

We found Christian Brothers to be very unprofessional. They did not take proper measures as far as containing the dust while they were jackhammering, needless to say dust was everywhere. My husband has COPD and this was very unhealthy for him. In all the time they were working here, they never once showed up on time, if they showed up at all. We would call and they always had an excuse and would not return our call. In reviewing the paperwork that was given to us, we find that the drain line for the bathtub was not replaced as was indicated in the contract they gave us.

Our insurance claims Adjuster is trying to get an itemized bill and pictures of before the job was started and they are refusing to give him the information he needs. We need this information so the claim can be processed, so that we can get someone to do all the concrete work, covering up the hole in the wall, tile and painting that still needs to be done. This cannot be done unless the proper paperwork is submitted by Jon at Christian Brothers. At the present time we have open trenches all over our home.

Job has been complete before the complaint was filed and insurance breakdown was issued last week, all this was relayed to Mrs., only confursion that she does not understand concerning the tub drain. The tub drain cannot be replaced due to drain encased in concrete and the only way to replace is remove the tub, this was explained to Mrs *** and she signed that all work has been completed to her satisfaction.

Christian Brothers did not complete the job as they are saying they did. The contract states (Replace entire sewer system in home from Kitchen, Laundry, Bath only to exterior foundation). This is not what was done. Also, they delayed in sending the necessary paperwork and the pictures that were requested from them to the insurance company. When Christian brothers finally sent the the itemized statement no pics were included. The insurance company said the the info was not sufficient and the claim was denied. Now, we have trenches in the home and no money to fix it with. We were depending on the insurance to pay something.

Thank you for your response, per your conversation with Jon H today, we approved a $650.00 refund for the line to the tub and vanity that was not included in the original estimate. Per that conversation you stated to him on a recorded line that you were happy with that resolution. Tim C stated he was out there yesterday and pulled the Base Boards off and found water damage, sent the pictures to your insurance company Liberty mutual. They went ahead and reopened the claim.

we had problem with the cooling system, AC unit that's located on the roof. After putting the request in for the service, the technician arrived within an hour. The Technician Jon T, had a great customer service, was polite , and professional, as he explained the problem with the AC unit. The problem was fixed quickly after we agreed on the price.
I would strongly recommend this company.

I purchased a new system from the company a few years ago and just recently sold my home. The inspection was done and there were 3 items which were not correct when the installation was done. I called the east valley number and spoke with Yolanda who was extremely polite and helpful, she scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out to address the issues. I was called a little later and was advised the technician was on his way and would be here in about 30 minuets. Eric was at my door is less than 30 minuets. I showed him the paperwork and pictures form the inspector. Eric went to work and promptly fixed all the issues. He was very knowledgeable and professional, you can tell he enjoys his job and speaks highly of Christian Brothers. I could not have had better customer service from any one else. Thank you Christian Brothers for having such great employees who know the true meaning of customer service!

Turned on thermostat to cool a few days ago and also the fan, and nothing happened. We called for an emergency visit, and Jon T. showed up in a very short time. He analyzed the whole situation and then gave us the bad news that we had a burnt out heater motor/fan and he said we needed a new heat unit and a new A/C, as well as a new electric panel. We are so glad he sat with us and explained four ways to fix it. We settled with the 14see. Due to our low income level he was able to make a really good deal for us. Today he finished installing the electric panel. He is very kind and caring, and very professional in his speaking with us about our needs. We have found that all the guys have been very nice and understanding. We are very happy with Christian Brothers.

Called their 480-377-0422 number twice before they opened for business on Monday - April 2 after 7 a.m. Pressed 1 for emergency service and the phone just rang and rang. Calling the same number just after 7:30 am it was answered. Stating my two problems - water shut value broke for the toilet and drain stopper for the bath tub needed to be replaced, the lady stated their service tech was out on a call which should last only 30 minutes. I would be his next service she told me. At 11 am a male dispatcher calls me and says their service tech is 30 minutes from seeing me. At 2 pm I finally call the phone number above and get the same male dispatcher, who tells me the service tech is on his way. An hour later at 3 pm he shows. The service tech Joe, tells me I'm his second service call of the day.
Once I told him my two problems for the service call, his prices kept going up and down. After setting on a price, it took him less than 30 minutes to fix both repairs.
Will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them to anybody!!!

Thank you for the Feedback Mr. and in scheduling the appointment with me today, I advised I could not give you a specific time of arrival since our technicians were on calls scheduled yesterday for today. The fact you did get same day service and was advised the dispatcher will call you about 30 to 45 minutes when the technician is on the way to your home. I am sorry you had some concerns with the price, it's our job to evaluate the situation and lay out all of your options, and it sounds like that's exactly what we did. We gave up some price options, and, from there it's your decision whether or not you want to continue working with us. I'm sorry if you felt we were overpriced, but the options we gave was our professional assessment, and we did not try and force you into accepting the work. Still, I appreciate your feedback.
