I was extremely saddened by the entire process as I had high hopes for a Christian company to properly aid me in the highlighting of God's word as the centerpiece through my devotional, but sadly I was given tremendously poor editing services as the editor[s] were actually altering the words of quoted Bible verses, submitting misspelled cover pages, and just executing a grave lack of attention in listening to what I as the author desired the words in my book to expressOnce the book was published, there was minimal advertising on the book and the only sales that I saw being made were during the dates and times that I instituted a media blitz on social media, the other times, my book sales were silent with very little push from the company to even sell the book in the first placeI also wasn't even told when my book date was being released and found out through a mutual friend that my book was on iTunes with a misspelled cover page for the world to see (even though I had already expressed changes to be made before the book was released to the public)A positive that I could give was that I did enjoy the cover page design as I felt CFP did execute my requests properly and was satisfied with the results of the design However overall, I am more sad than angry at the entire process as I read positive reviews on Revdex.com from other clients and wonder "Why wasn't this courteous and professionalism granted to me?"My husband and I could barely afford the finances associated with publishing my book through this company, and if I could do it over again, I would have gone elsewhere, sadly, since the money and the production and product associated to the promises this company made never added up

CFP has been nothing short of amazing. This was my first book and they made the entire process easy, affordable, and as less stressful as possible. I started my process three years ago and went through some personal things to where I had to stop the process for a while. Through that process, my publication specialist, Shannon checked on me and when I came back she helped me right from where we left off. She ended up leaving for a better opportunity, and Allie stepped right in and did an amazing job helping me on the tail end of everything. Every time I spoke with them on the phone, or through email they were always so nice, helpful, and Christ-like. I recommend CFP to anyone, and definitely will be back for my future works.

Greetings, My daughter and I signed an agreement with Christian Faith Publishing, Inc., on December 1, The agreement stated that the copy editor will proof and edit our manuscript The Timeline Publishing Process, Editorial Review: Stated a seasoned editor will thoroughly proof my manuscript for grammatical issues etc(see attached copy of form) AThis was not doneOnce I signed the agreement, my manuscript was returned to me with tremendous errors, grammatical issues, and punctuation issues etc BCFP sent my manuscript to me to do the editorial work when I paid $3, in full for this editorial service CI took a year and a half to do the editorial work on my manuscript DI had to pressure CFP, with the action of filing a lawsuit, for the company to have their seasoned editor, do the editorial work on my manuscript Current Update: I communicated to Shalanda G [redacted] , in an email, that she would give me an update on the public
