Thanks for your responseYou've hit on the crux of the problem: The business posts no phone numberNor can I be certain of the street addressThe car wash isn't listed in any directory that I can findThe best I can tell you is that next to the car wash is a sign for " [redacted] [redacted] ," so the two businesses may be connectedThe street address for [redacted] * [redacted] I guess I could've checked that myself Thank you----***

Web advertising very deceptiveIt looks like you get the product for cost of shippingThey ship goods & send email confirmationNo where in the email confirmation or in the packing slip, is there directions that if you don't return within X days, you are charged $They then charge you again days later for another shipmentThe only way to contact the company is via a 1-# that no-one picks upEventually got through, and they said I could return the unused products for a refundI had opened the initial productso they would not issue a refund thereThey said the offer was in the T&CsThere is no way I would have tried, or brought this product

Horrible HORRIBLE company, stay far far away from their so called "free" offers, they will charge you in the long runThen they keep your credit card information on file and claim a computer issue when they randomly charge it a year later and choose not to refund your moneyOh but they will offer you product instead of giving you your money back that they fraudulently charged to your credit card without your consent!

no they did not they offered me a partial refund of $and then the supervisor said with her employee diount they offered me $only if I agreed not to take further actions against them I had to take the offer because they drained my bank acct down to $and I have no more income til 1st of may when I receive my ssi they could not provide me proof I ordered this product because I didn't someone needs to report these people to the attorney general they are the lieing ppl I ever talked to and rudest tyvm for your help

I am in conflict with Stemologica over my account, they have been trying to bill me for product, I have had to cancel my credit card for numerous fraudulent charges after giving the company my info, I have offered to pay any outstanding charges via money order to be told that they will not accept a money orderI have received an email from them threatening to give my personal info if I do not supply them with another credit card numberVery unsatisfied
