Web advertising very deceptive. It looks like you get the product for cost of shipping. They ship goods & send email confirmation. No where in the email confirmation or in the packing slip, is there directions that if you don't return within X days, you are charged $149. They then charge you again 30 days later for another shipment. The only way to contact the company is via a 1-855 # that no-one picks up. Eventually got through, and they said I could return the unused products for a refund. I had opened the initial product.... so they would not issue a refund there. They said the offer was in the T&Cs. There is no way I would have tried, or brought this product.

Horrible HORRIBLE company, stay far far away from their so called "free" offers, they will charge you in the long run. Then they keep your credit card information on file and claim a computer issue when they randomly charge it a year later and choose not to refund your money. Oh but they will offer you product instead of giving you your money back that they fraudulently charged to your credit card without your consent!

Thanks for your response. You've hit on the crux of the problem: The business posts no phone number. Nor can I be certain of the street address. The car wash isn't listed in any directory that I can find. The best I can tell you is that next to the car wash is a sign for "[redacted]...

Review: At 2 p.m. on January 17, 2015, my wife and I went to Christiansburg Car Wash to wash our car. We waited while a woman ahead of us finished using a bay (the second bay from the right). After she finished, I drove up and deposited 6 quarters (the required minimum) in the slot with no result. Thinking that maybe I'd miscounted, I deposited another quarter. Still no water. At that point, I went in search of an attendant. There was no attendant. Meanwhile, I learned that the man in the bay to the right of mine, who was in the middle of soaping his car, had also lost water. I walked around the facility looking for some kind of "in case of problems, call this number" contact information but found none. In doing so, however, I found that only the two bays on the right were affected. All other bays had full water power. I'd like to know what kind of business, in the absence of having an employee on hand, doesn't at minimum post a sign somewhere telling you whom to call if there's a problem. A business that doesn't give a hoot about its customers is the only conclusion I can reach.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund of my $1.75 and to see the business post some kind of sign telling who the owners are and where they can be reached if there's a problem.
