Review: I purchased 3 boxes of First Response Early Results twin pack digital gold pregnancy tests manufactured by this company. All 5 of the 6 tests malfunctioned after careful and proper use. I've struggled with infertility and trying to conceive for 13 years and counting and I know good and well how to pee on a pregnancy test stick. [redacted] These are the exact tests I've purchased in the link above for a price of $21.99 plus 6% tax = $23.30 per box, times 3 boxes which is a total purchase price of $69.90 for all 3 boxes.Desired Settlement: For the inconvenience, I would like 6 new tests of the same kind or a refund for my costs of purchase of $69.90

Review: On 4/16. I submitted paperwork to receive a refund check on a box of cat litter. After waiting and not receiving, I checked the status online. The rebate center said the check was mailed 5/29. As of 6/13 I have not received the check, They sent me an email that now says I have to wait 30 days to contact them again before then can do anything about it. I believe this was a bogus rebate offer. The old claims "the check got lost in the mail" does not work anymore. I think they just collected all the consumers information but sent out no checks.Desired Settlement: a new check mailed to me immediately or in lieu of a check, a coupon for a free box of the clump and seal cat litter that I was supposed to get a refund on.

Review: Originally, my intention was to contact the busy regarding an issue with their new Clump & Seal Kitty Litter, but after not being able to reach anyone at customer service due to an inoperable website and long customer service wait times.

I don't normally write when I try a new product and it is not up to par, but with a 7 day guarantee I had to say something. We normally use [redacted] The dust is mildly bothersome, but it contains the smell for about 4 days which is typically when we change the litter. I had heard good things and figured I would try the Clump and Seal for a whooping $13 (not including tax). For twice the amount of litter I normally spend about $6-8 depending on sales. In terms of dust there was a little less than Tiday Cat, but in terms of smell this lasted a night. I am so disappointed and frustrated because the wasted my time and money. Please don't write "7 day guarantee" if the product doesn't deliver. Also, please fix the problem with not being able to "submit" on your website. I tried on 3 separate devices and could not submit anything.Desired Settlement: I really hadn't wanted a refund originally, but now that I have had to waste my time jumping through hoops just to voice an opinion about a PUBLICLY traded company I would like a full refund.
