As previously stated, GoChyp has spoken with Mr [redacted] to resolve the issues that Mr [redacted] states he is experiencing but these solutions have been denied Mr [redacted] has chosen to terminate his merchant processing agreement with GoChyp and has signed and returned the termination document agreeing to the Early Termination Fee of $ Within this contractual agreement, a month non-cancellable lease is listed along with the Early Termination Fee of $in which Mr [redacted] agreed to pay GoChyp has presented solutions but Mr [redacted] is denying this help As always GoChyp is here to help!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Regardless of the nature of the transaction I was conducting, I was under the impression I was doing these transaction under the business name of [redacted] which it had a higher ticket averagebut the sales repdid not set up the terminals correctly

Dear Mr***, Unfortunately, it is not as simple as getting a better processing quote, because we are handcuffed to an expensive lease of equipment for four years, which affects our Overall Effective Rate (O.E.R.) This lease will remain whether we stay with Chyp or go to another company Chyp made money on the front end ($11,for equipment valued at $400) with that lease They can therefore undercut other companies on rates, but they still cost us more money in our O.E.Rover our previous processor or any otherSincerely, [redacted]

Regarding compliant # [redacted] GoChyp issued [redacted] reimbursement check for their previous processor lease on January 18th GoChyp’s record show that this check cleared on January 24th GoChyp has directly deposited a reimbursement for $(November lease payment) and for $(Pro-rate)Out of good faith GoChyp is reimbursing $for the Overdraft fees incurredAt this time, [redacted] is still processing with GoChyp GoChyp has called every day and emailed and has had no response from [redacted] *** GoChyp looks forward servicing this account with any future needs! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Chyps' claim is false Our overall effective rate was never this high with our previous processor I would not be wasting valuable time with this complaint if we were actually saving money with Chyp! Chyp's scheme/ "business model" was to lease $worth of processing hardware for $11,578.59, which they received up front from a leasing company, Ascentium Capital Chyp's unscrupulous sales representative, "Bryce" lied to us, made a handsome commission by signing us up and then immediately left the company Chyp's Vice President of Inside Sales, Jeff S [redacted] even admitted to me their company is still cleaning up after Bryce Chyp should do the right thing and buyout the lease for $14,778.40, which we were deceived into signing with claims of saving Sincerely, [redacted]

Regarding Complaint [redacted] , Chyp has spoken with [redacted] (merchant) and it appears the issue is that the volume of credit card transactions has greatly diminishedDue to this, merchant does not want a merchant service account any longerChyp has offered to repay fees charged thus far and issue $SiBonus immediatelyThis was declinedChyp presented a “cost” pricing structure to provide maximum savings to merchant and eliminate Chyp’s profit by doing soThis was denied as wellDue to the lack of volume, Chyp has offered to waive all miscellaneous fees and lower monthly minimum to $to provide low cost if no processing occursThis was also denied Chyp has honored this merchant’s request to terminate the processing account at no cost However, merchant signed into a non-cancellable lease agreement that will not be terminated, and merchant can still use equipment with Chyp or elsewhere Chyp has offered resolutions to this merchant’s complaint but they have been declined As always, Chyp is here to help!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Chyp has further more denied that dishonest sales tactics that are employed by their agents are the responsibility of Chyp.The equipment leases are hidden in the contract and not mentioned at the time of signing in any way.The contracts are not spoken of as no one would sign a none cancellable agreement, furthermore confirming the fraud of this company.Chyp seeks to write agreements that they cannot honor and sell equipment leases that they get paid on even after terminating a business relationship with Chyp.They are dishonest Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Regarding compliant # [redacted] GoChyp has spoken with Mr [redacted] and all offers of help have been deniedGoChyp offered a cost pricing structure to Mr [redacted] and this was declinedThis pricing structure would have eliminated the majority of GoChyp’s profit and returned to Mr***Unfortunately, this was declined A rate review was performed and what was discovered is that Mr***’s business is accepting a high number of American Express cardsGoChyp simply “passes thru” American Express pricing and does not profit from these transactionsDue to this, savings have been effected greatly Per Mr***’s request and out of good faith, GoChyp has waived the processing Early Termination Fee of $ As always, GoChyp is here to help!

GoChyp has worked diligently to assist *** ***’s Dog Business with each issue that has arisenMs*** was having difficulties with reconciling batches and Next Day FundingGoChyp assisted with reconciling funds and the Clover Equipment that was re-provisioned to allow an earlier cutoff time for Next Day FundingDue to the complex detail involved, these re-provisions do take some time and GoChyp apologizes any inconveniences that this may have caused GoChyp offered to repay past fees during months of no processing, but Ms*** denied these reimbursements and chose to cancel her accountDuring these calls, Ms*** never mentioned that processing rates were an issue, if it was mentioned GoChyp would have performed a rate review to ensure savingsThe Clover unit has Next Day Funding which merchant still has for use At no point in time was this Clover equipment non-functional and GoChyp has been here to assist each time Ms*** called in for assistance Ms*** paid the Early Termination Fee listed in the contractual agreement to cancel processing services As always, GoChyp is here to help!

I am rejecting this response because: CHYP has misrepresented information. I never denied reimbursement from CHYP. Why would I do that? We are a small business and trying desperately to save money. We never received it. I cancelled service with CHYP because CHYP did not provide the service that we needed AND agreed upon. Customer support was terrible. There was never an immediate response. We were told there were no other fees other than the processing fees and monthly fee for the machine we needed to do the processing. CHYP actually had all kinds of other fee's in the program that we began to find on our bank statement. During the weeks that we were not able to use processing with CHYP we incurred in charges from several companies under CHYP. While we were promised reimbursement from CHYP since we were unable to use the service at this time we were never given it After being sent from one department to the next to get the reimbursement we were promised I became upset with the lack of concern and professionalism from a company dealing with our hard earned money We never denied reimbursement. The Machine that CHYP sold us was for our merchant support with their company. We told the sales rep at the time of the sale that we had no need for the machine other than to use as part of their processing deal. Ascentium informed us that CHYP had been paid by them for the sale of the machine. We did return the machine to Ascentium.

Regarding Complaint # ***, *** *** merchant service account did not get approvedMr*** would have received a Welcome Call and email and GoChyp would have coordinated a reprogram of the terminal. Regardless of this, the transactions being processed violated card brand rules per VISA and MC. As always, GoChyp is here to help!

Regarding Compliant #*** GoChyp is awaiting the March billing statement to review ChargeBack fees charged and provide assistance in resolving this issue As always GoChyp is here to help!

Chyp has spoken with me, I did not say that my credit card transactions have diminishedI have never had a large volume of credit card transactions, some months noneThis is why I asked when they were here to sell me the system I asked about the costs when I had those monthsWhen they came into my business, I was told that their system would across the board save me moneyKnowing the fact that I do not process a large number of cards, which was disclosed to them, and I asked how it would work, they showed me the credit card fee structureThey should have looked at my situation and known that I would not be a good fit for their program, it should have ended thereI asked many questions about it, they continued to divert around the real cost to meThis is a very deceptive, and unethical way to do business with people you want to have as a customerChyp broke the terms of the contract when they did not deposit the $sign up bonus after the first month, Then I was lied to on Sepwhen I was told there would be $reimbursed to me within weeks (still have not received this)How can I trust them? I would like the entire contract terminated at no cost! I will return the equipment immediately on termination.Sincerely,*** ***

Mr*** signed into a year processing and a year lease agreementWithin this contractual agreement Early Termination Fees are listed and fully disclosed
Again, due to Chyp having solutions for all issues at hand, contract will not be terminated at no cost
