Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that it is a good step in the right Direction , but until I'm out of collections and CHYP has refunded us the dollars that was stated in writing would be put back into our account this matter is not resolved .Sincerely, *** ***

Regarding Complaint ***, GoChyp has investigated this claim with our RISK department at the processor and this is what has been determined- “*** *** violated his agreement, by processing extremely large transaction to sell his equipment, etc., because he was selling his businessRISK
tried to reach him for days before he finally responded Per Mr***, he explained his large transactions were to liquidate his merchandiseWe told him to process refunds & get alternate forms of payment, but he refused to do soTherefore, we processed the refunds and offset the salesRISK explained to him that we were closing his account, but didn’t charge him an ETF.” As always, GoChyp is here to help!

*** *** Regardless of the nature of the transaction I was conducting, I was under the impression I was doing these transaction under the business name of *** *** which it had a higher ticket averagebut the sales repdid not set up the terminals correctly

Regarding Complaint #***
Chyp has the following resolution and it has been accepted by Mr***:
Chyp will send NCR Silver stations with (2) cash drawers, (2) Receipt Printers, (2) barcode scanners, (1) label printerYour lease price will not change
Chyp is offering a cost pricing program to maximize saving for business
Chyp will be covering the previous processor lease cancellation feeThis was not known to Chyp at time of signing but Chyp will cover this amount and repay each month until total of $is paid offDue to this not being known, please allow Chyp the following timeframe to repay
Chyp will be issuing reimbursements to cover previous processor, these are as follows-
October $ and the $stated at the time of signing for Previous processor
November $
December $1577.00
Chyp has sent the necessary documentation to Mr*** to proceed forward and order requested equipment

Regarding Compliant #*** After GoChyp has updated the pricing structure, Mr***’s Overall Effective Rate (OER) for March and April was lower than his previous processor. As always GoChyp is here to help!

Chyp and “Bread and Honey Café” are currently working towards a resolution on this dispute

As previously stated, GoChyp has spoken with Mr*** to resolve the issues that Mr*** states he is experiencing but these solutions have been denied Mr*** has chosen to terminate his merchant processing agreement with GoChyp and has signed and returned the termination document agreeing to the Early Termination Fee of $ Within this contractual agreement, a month non-cancellable lease is listed along with the Early Termination Fee of $in which Mr*** agreed to pay GoChyp has presented solutions but Mr*** is denying this help As always GoChyp is here to help!

Regarding Compliant #*** After reviewing May’s processing statement, GoChyp’s Overall Effective Rate is lower than Mr***’s previous processor, Equipment Lease price includedDuring the month of May, the Debit intake that Mr*** took in was lower than on the information provided at the time of signingThe more Debit Mr*** accepts, the more savings he will see In the past months, GoChyp has provided reimbursements for fee overage’s every month there has in fact been an overageSince updating Mr***’s pricing structure to a cost program, GoChyp has provided savings each month As always, GoChyp is here to help! Regarding Complaint #*** As stated, the Card types that *** *** has been accepting is not reflective of the previous processor statement that was provided at the time of contractual signing nor close to the Savings Estimate that was provided to Mr*** at the time of contractual
signing Due to this GoChyp is offering a near cost pricing structure of InterChange basis points and cents per transaction This pricing structure will take the majority of GoChyp’s profit and return it to Mr***! The April statement was higher than due to an annual PCI fee of $GoChyp is reimbursing this amount and also reimbursing $for fee overagesTotal amount of reimbursement, $If you take these two fees away from them overall cost, GoChyp is cheaper than your previous processor As always, GoChyp is here to help!

Per our conversation, Chyp will be updating your pricing structure to Interchange Plus basis points and cents per transactionThis pricing structure will provide savings above what Kyle originally presented to you
You stated during our call that a lease was not
mentioned, however you signed and agreed to a year equipment leaseThis lease provides Chyp the ability to dictate your rates and guarantee savingsThis equipment lease can actually be written off as a business expense when you file your business tax returns
Chyp will be reimbursing your PCI annual fee of $and the Inactivity fee of $and the Inactivity fee has been removed from your account
You mentioned that you have changed banking, this will need to be updated so I can ACH these funds directly into your bank account

I am rejecting this response because: The issues are ongoing and continuing, so I will not accept until the issues are resolved. They did issue our sign up fee and appear to be trying to fix the problems.

Regarding Compliant #[redacted]     GoChyp has cancelled Mr. [redacted]’s processing account at no cost. The Early Termination Fee of $999.00 was not applied or charged to Mr. [redacted].   Regarding the $13,000 held, this was due a RISK investigation precipitated by a few excessively large...

credits he processed. This was for Mr. [redacted] and his customer’s protection. It had nothing to do with the return of a terminal.   Mr. [redacted] has signed into a 4 year non-cancellable equipment lease. This equipment can be reprogrammed and used with a new processor of Mr. [redacted]’s choice.   As always, GoChyp is here help.   Thank you,
