This should have never been placed on my billI never asked for the promotionI should have looked at my bill, that still does not excuse the fact that this was placed on my bill without my authorizationI have paid all for several months for something that I have not used because I was unaware that I was being billed for such itemCincinnati Bell should take some responsibility in placing items on a customers bill that was never asked forAlso, if it was a promotional item, would the promotional item turn off after the promotion stopped? This is the issue I never asked for the promotion, who ever decided to give me the promotionNow I have to pay for the mistake that your employee placed on my billI do not feel like I should be responsible for paying for something that your employee placed on my order

You were notified of the months free of Premium Channels on the receipt that we sent to your email address *** at the point of saleThere is a number provided on the receipt to call if something isn’t correct
The channels are not removed at the end of any promotional period without notification You have been billed $*** per month for these channels since February and had not requested them to be removed until August
Unfortunately the service for these channels has been provided to you since your account was activated and since we received no notice in that time span that you did not want them the charges are valid
Cincinnati Bell considers this complaint closed

The charges are correct and Cincinnati Bell stands behind the decision to bill you for the term fees. We are not able to waive this fee

- You have not sent a single *SUPERVISOR* to my propertyIf you did it would be working, OBVIOUSLYNOT ONE SUPERVISOR HAS CALLED ME OR BEEN TO MY RESIDENCE
- I have an appointment scheduled that is supposed to have a "team" coming, with supervisorsAs of 8:14AM you already had the WRONG APPOINTMENT TIME I AGREED TOSo who knows if a supervisor will actually comeIf you record your calls, go back and listen to itI talked with *** in ***
- I whole heartedly agree with you that I should probably go to another provider if I have this many issuesI apologize for trying to be a loyal customer, you make it really easy to not want to be thoughI will be cancelling my service should it not be fixed by end of the day with the appointment scheduledAdditionally, I will be doing a full charge back of all payments made over the past months of interrupted service

Hi ***,
After doing my own research of the company's directory I finally found a phone number that I thought could lead me in the right directionI found that apparently there are only people in the entire company who know what the accounts payable department is/does, *** in Payroll and *** from Accounts PayableAnyway, after much frustration and delay I finally got to speak with ***She was a huge helpShe apologized for everything I had went through and informed me that the check would be printed tomorrow (they wait for a large batch and then process them all at once)She said since I'm local I should have it by Monday but she provided me with her direct line and said if I don't receive it by next week to call her asap and she will personally ensure I receive it

Due to the timing of this issue, I no longer have the tracking #, I threw it out a few weeks after mailing the equipment backI am currently checking with the *** to see if they can find the order, but in the meantime, here is the address I mailed it back to, can Cincinnati Bell give someone a call there and see what is up, maybe the received it there and didn't log it due to it not being standard procedure to mail devices back
