Ryan from Cincy Invest called me interested my home, they cake and looked at it and made a good offer the same day. To be honest at first I thought it was a scam, I looked the company up and found out it wasn’t. They were ready to close within a few days. I had now sold a home that I had on the market over 5 years ago. I highly recommend anyone looking to sell to at least let them make an offer.

I called to see if they were willing to make an offer on my house. It was on the market almost a year and no prospects. I was already with an Agent so they couldn’t buy my home. However, that didn’t stop Chris from giving me some great advice. He looked at the pics of my house online and told me to paint the kitchen cabinets white, add hardware, use a granite paint for the countertops and he gave me some wall paint suggestions. Within 3 days I had the cabinets and countertops done. The day I removed the painters tape from the countertops I SOLD MY HOUSE!! I strongly believe that this was due to Chris’ advice. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I close on March 13th. I can’t wait to send Chris my picture at closing. I would highly recommend this company. I have bragged to everyone about Chris. Needless to say his number is stored in my phone under favorites. Thanks again Chris.

Chris is great person to deal with and good person. In my situation I was living in my dads home surprise to find out my dad was going to sell home I lived in for 38 years. After initial shock I realized I needed to find apartment Chris help get in to great place with a wonderful landlord. Chris very nice even through I had to leave he help stay away from bad landlords. And I had to give up my greatdane Carson and he got into Saap dog rescue. He runs good ethical business and goes extra mile and beyond to help people.
Thanks ***! It was great working with you as well. Sorry we haven't stayed in touch like we wanted, a lot has happened. I lost my cell phone in Florida. We moved into a new office space and I've been dealing with some personal health issues lately, some of which we spoke about over the phone. Plus we're dealing with a couple big projects. The house is turning out nicely. You're a great guy and even though the circumstances were a bit odd, we wanted to do the best we could to get you in the right place. We're very happy to hear it's working out.
I was going through a difficult situation at home and the gentleman and woman who came out to see the property were completely honest from start to finish. They took the time to listen to the predicament I was in, and made sure to provide a cash sale within a 6 day time frame. I honestly told them the condition of the home, and they returned with a very fair offer.
While I never hope to be in said position again, I will gladly refer friends and family who could benefit greatly from their services.
I think the thing that really sold me over was their down to earth attitude. Everything was kept open Up to the final signature.
