I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] I have photographs of the tanks being cleaned on July 11 they are now attached to the complaint.  I tried to attach them to the original complaint but was unable to attach multiple files.  I have recieved no word from the company and I will simply state that Bambi lied to me about the entire situation.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

Verbal response:Circle K store manager states she was not aware the consumer had a complaint. Circle K has not received any other complaints concerning the new air pump. The owner of this mini mart is veay rude. Has prices posted for cigarettes and charges another. Its bait and switch, I had a coupon for 2 dollars off a pack of camel 99s the cashier rung them up for 5.49 then I gave her the coupon and then the owner came to the register and voided the sale and rerang them up at 5.99 I asked her why she changed the price and was told because I had a coupon. I told her se was wrong and she got very rude and told me to get out, and as ibwas walking out I could of sworn she called me a derogitive name in hate, yes I am [redacted] but for me tell you that you where wrong dose not give you the right to use the [redacted] word.

All-Dry Roofing just completed our roof replacement. We had some flashing work that required a lot of skill. The All-Dry crew really knew their business when it comes to flashing, ridge vents, guttering and all other facets of the job. They did a great job and made our house look wonderful. They really cleaned up well when the job was finished. We rate All-Dry Roofing as outstanding.

All Dry quickly responded to my request for a quote. When I signed the contract they gave me an expected start date and started on that date. They placed tarps around my house to catch debris and were very careful around the trees and flower gardens. The crew was very professional and completed the job as promised. I now have a fantastic looking roof that will last for many years. Thank you All Dry Roofing and I will highly recommend your firm.

I was in accident, and unfortunately my brand new car was involved. The professionals at Fender Mender not only repaired my car back to its previous brand new condition, but communicated with me and my insurance company promptly and with empathy. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else!

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/11/11) */
Revdex.com staff spoke with [redacted] the manager who said they reimbursed you the day that this incident happened. She said you requested a receipt when they gave you cash for the car wash.

consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Circle K response is a complete fabrication. A total lie. Please read my complaint. Again. I tried to get a refund for the charge but the woman at the counter did not know how to do a refund as she was new on the job. She told me to call [redacted] which I did. [redacted] told me I had to drive back from the airport to obtain a refund. Give me a break. This was a rip-off plain and simple and many others were having the same problem. In fact, the people in front of me were only offered store credit - no cash refund. I still want my money back and will not considered this resolved until my money is refunded.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/11/23) */
Good morning,, so I recieved your letters , like I said when I spoke to the lady on the phone I told that we have no choice but to refund the carwashes back and as for this man in his statement he says he spoke to me on the phone, I never spoke to anyone about a carwash or anything that day, all cashiers know to give back refunds, the cashier said that he was rude and in a hurry, but ill be glad to refund his 6$ back. Thank you [redacted]

I went into the store, after I purchased air for my tire, to tell the clerk that legally they can not charge for air and water. I did this because there was a big sign on the machine that said AIR AND WATER NOT FREE.
My husband works for the California Highway Patrol as an inspector. I know the law. When the cashier didn't want to hear me she said, "let me get the girl in the back". The girl in the back came out screaming at me that I needed to pay for food or gas to get air. I told her, calmly, that I had already paid for the air and was just letting her know. She screamed "you stand right there, you wait right there, don't move' and acted like she was going to call the police. When it was clear, I wasn't going anywhere and I had asked "what are you doing" she said "you interrupted me, I was making a call, now you are wasting my time"! "Why are you coming in and bugging my cashier, she doesn't know the law". I said, "bugging her? I was just coming in to tell her the law, as you pointed out, she doesn't know the law". She obviously got flustered because she then told me to leave. I said that I would and that I would never come back. She said "good"! I also mentioned I would be making this review, again, she said "good". I will never go here again, even IF I could get air and water for free, like the law states?

Yes I accept this. As requested, here is my address to mail the gift car/check to: [redacted] St. Louis, MO XXXXX. I'm not sure if I was suppose to include that in this area or if I am suppose to email [redacted] directly. SO, I will do both and email him my address as well. Thanks

This letter is being sent in response to a recent complaint filed concerning an incident that occurred in the car wash of our store #-[redacted], located in [redacted], Arizona on July 13, 2015.Unfortunately, [redacted], the customer, did not report the incident to...

store personnel at the time of occurrence and afford them the opportunity to investigate and validate her allegations of a poor quality car wash. However upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, the maintenance logs for the car wash unit in question were reviewed for the days surrounding the dale of incident. There were no reports of any equipment malfunctions in the car wash during that time.Customer satisfaction is of the up most importance to Circle K. Since Ms. [redacted] is not completely satisfied with the car wash she purchased she would simply need to return to the store in question and request a full refund .Thank you for giving Circle K the opportunity to review this matter. We value all of our customer's business and hope that Ms. [redacted] will continue to provide us with future opportunities to serve her.

Review: I purchased several gallons of gas on 4/4/2015 at this Circle K branded station for my 1979 MGB, which I drove there from my home in Davis in order to warm the car up for its annual smog test. I have an electronic record of the purchase. I then drove straight to Davis Smog 2010 F St. Davis (I have the dated invoice) where the car passed the smog test. However, as the car continued to be operated for final checks it suddenly stopped running and could not be restarted. In short, it was towed home and finally to University Imports Automotive (UIA) where it took weeks to resolve the problem. The problem was that the gas tank contained several gallons of water and the eventual cost of repair was $783.81 (all documented) plus a $62 penalty fee for delinquent license renewal due to the delay. I also spent $30 on a replacement ignition coil that was not needed in my attempt to restart the car. The owner of UIA told me he had fixed another car with the same, rare problem of gallons of water in the gas tank recently. I contacted that person and he had purchased his gas from a nearby Circle K gas station (Lake Blvd, Davis) on 4/6/15. We assume the same tanker delivery caused the tanks of both stations to be filled with water. I have contacted the K76 3 times (1 in person, 2 by phone) asking for someone to call me and no-one has done so. I assume they are hoping I will give up and leave them alone. However, I am $875.61 out of pocket (or $891.61if you include the $16 of gas I purchased) as a result of buying gas from this gas station.Desired Settlement: The only fair resolution that I see is for the business to pay the $891.61 costs that I incurred as a result of my $16 purchase of gas at their gas station.

I am a frequent customer every other friday purchasing premium gas on my paydays. On February 28, 2014 I purchased $60.27 of premium gas on my way home. I stop to purchase dinner on the way but noticed in the drive thru line my car began to shake very hard as if it was about to die out. My car has never performed that way as long as I had it. I drive a 1995 [redacted] which required 'Premium Gas Only". I made it to my home and retired for the evening. On Saturday March 1, 2014 I was preparing for work and my car would not crank. I tried unsucessfully several times. From that point I was unable to get my Licensed Mechanic to look at it until Friday due to the inclement weather. He stated after removing the gas tank that it was mostly water. I had to rent a car for a week until I got my car repaired. I tried several times contacting the Circle K and talked with[redacted] to no avail nor concern. She stated that she reported my issue to the Corporate office and stated that she will get back with me when she gets in her car and has not responded since. I also left a message at the corporate office on Monday 3/17/2014.Product_Or_Service: Premium GasDesired SettlementGas purchase, car repair and rental fees to be reimbursed.

I was charged $878.78 instead of $8.78 on 3/23/14 and I still have not received my money back. I purchased $8.78 of merchandise on the morning of 3/23/14. They ran my [redacted] for $878.78. I have had multiple phone conversations with an employee named [redacted] that keeps "contacting" the regional manager and stating my money should be credited back to my card by now. I have not spoken to a regional manager. I am denied contact information when I ask for it. Now [redacted] states that they refunded it and now it's an issue with my card. [redacted] states they have reached out to them since I disputed the charge but the company has yet to respond to them. Desired SettlementI want my money back plus interest considering it is now accumulating interest on my credit card. I also want a formal apology for their nonchalant attitude regarding a significant amount of money.

I drive to pick up my children once every two weeks. My journey brings me up 91 from south central MA to southern NH. On occasion along the way I stop for gasoline at one of the gas stations off the rotary in Greenfield, MA if I don't think I will make to NH where the gas prices are generally better.I stopped in Greenfield, MA the weekend of May 5th to purchase a partial tank of gas for my Subaru. On Monday, 5/6 I noticed two identical charges on my card. I immediately contacted ** Bank to file a complaint about the duplicate charge. They appeared on my statement as:05/06/2013 [redacted] XXXXXX CIRCLE K XXXXX [redacted] $34.50 05/06/2013 [redacted] XXXXXX CIRCLE K XXXXX [redacted] $34.50 The bank claimed to have contacted Circle K and received a response that: "Card was presented and fully swiped for the same amount on 2 different days". I did not stop in Greenfield for gasoline twice that weekend (or any weekend in the 6+ year history of driving to pick up my children), let alone for precisely the same amount of fuel.Product_Or_Service: gasolineDesired SettlementService stations video record transactions at the pump. The Circle K should have no problem producing the video clips for the two alleged transactions that weekend.Either produce the timestamped video footage showing the two transactions for the weekend. Review: on 9/5/2012 I purchased 40.00 worth of fuel and some sodas and a hotdog. I forgot to put the fuel in my truck and left. I realized my mistake a few minutes after leaving and called the store and talked to Mary Ellen the cashier who did the transaction to inform them of my mistake. as we were discussing this a gentlemen walked in and it was dicovered that he had put the 40.00 of prepaid fuel in his vehicle. he was allowed to leave without being charged for any fuel whatsoever even though he and circle k knew that it was my 40.00 of fuel that he had unknowingly put in his vehicle. circle k aknowledges that I did not recieve what I paid for and I have a recorded conversation of this. instead they gave me a phone number and a name and told me I would have to get reibursement back from the other customer. he should have been charged for what he took and I should have been credited back or given credit for what I paid for but did not recieve I have talked to mary ellen a couple of times and was spoken to rudely and was told that it was my problem and circle k will do nothing about it and I will loose my 40.00 if I can't get it back from the other customer. I have this conversation recorded. once it was aknowleged that I did not recieve what I paid for I should have been compensated. I have contacted circle k several times but hav never recieved a call back as of today

Business' Initial Response

As of 9/12/2012, Mr. Flores had been in contact with the Market Manager for the store. At which time he was told to come back into the store and we would be happy to give him $40 in gas. Within the next couple of days, Mr Flores then came into the store and received the gas.

At that point I believed the matter to be closed.

If there are any additional questions, please let me know.

As this is my third attempt to reply to this matter, please email me that this has been received and that the matter is now closed.

Thanks you for your help in this matter.

Sincerely,

Louise Pettus

Review: Sir or Madame:I made a 4.50 purchase Oct 2, 2014 at 5:30 pm from Circle K. The cashier printed out two receipts but only gave me one. At the time, I assumed the customer before me forgot to get their receipt copy and thought nothing of it. The following day while paying bills online, I noticed that the 4.50 purchase from Circle K appeared twice on my online banking statement and contacted the Asst Mgr at the Service Station who then asked for a receipt. I did not have the receipt which would not have helped any way; because, the cashier printed out two and gave me one. I explained the situation to the Assistant Manager who stated that I should take the matter up with my bank. I made one purchase for 4.50; not two. All needed information: Date, Service Station and Dollar amount was included on the Online Bank Statement. Thanks,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I simple want my money back.

Review: I stopped at Circle K at 4347 S. 3rd Street in Louisville, KY and purchased a 12oz Tropicana Orange Juice. After drinking half of it, I started to feel sick to my stomach. After getting sick at work, I looked at the bottle of orange juice which showed a expiration date of 1/30/15......the purchase happened on 2/25/15. That make this product over a month expried and it was still on the shelfs for people to purchase. I ended up having to leave work due to being sick. I tried called the corp office of Circle K at 800-690-6227 where their customer service calls are directed to voicemails, in which I never got a call back. I called again that afternoon and talked to the operator who would not let me speak to anyone at the corp office about my complaint and said she would give the message to someone. Still have not heard anything back.

So not only am I out of a full days pay, i'm also sick and Circle K isn't doing anything

I can't believe that this company is selling out of date products to customers to make them sick, then they won't even talk to customers about it. This company should be fined for health realted issues.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the cost of the Orange Juice and rembursed for Circle K causing me to miss out on a full day of work.
