Hello - As stated in the first reply, the shopper submitted a sub standard report which lacked detail and the necessary information to submit to our client When asked by our auditing team to provide additional detail the shopper refused to provide We went ahead and paid the shopper (see PayPal payment print screen in original response) even though they would not comply with completing a full report The additional $being requested is not warranted considering they did not keep their end of the bargin in providing the additional work the report required to submit to the client.If you need any additional information from us, please do not hesitate to ask Thank you for your time!

The assignment was $45 with a $bonus -- the individual was paid $via *** as noted in the information attached. The individual submitted an extremely sub par report and refused to update it at the editors request. So our editor worked diligently to get the report
in submission condition. The $bonus is for an assignment submitted on time and in excellent condition. If it were not for our editor the client would have never accepted the report for sub par work. Any additional questions I would be happy to address!

I wasn't paid bonus.Bonus should be paid because I edited it as much as I could and if they found it unsatisfactory, they shouldn't have accepted it.They used my report and they refuse to pay up.The charges in the restaurant the time spent on this shop and report is close to day.So, they should pay as promised

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and although they do not address the issue of why the payments have been late or what exact date each month the payments will be made, I  have now received the late payment in question & find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
