Good Afternoon!Ms [redacted] entered our lab on Friday 2-6-15, requesting to have an immunization done My employee tried to explain to her that we do not do immunizations As my employee tried to explain our services and that we are not a doctors office, she just could not comprehend and got very frustrated with my employee I proceeded to step in and advised her once again that we do not do immunizations or file insurance, we are not a doctors office She started to get very loud and I had other customers so I asked her to leave and refused to service her This made her even more frustrated because I refused her service She finally left and came back in minutes later even more irate and asked for her paperwork I advised as soon as we took my information off she could have it She then proceeds to come around the counter and grabs my arm and jerks the paper from my hand I then had my employee call the local police department to come escort her off the property She left before the police officer arrived but I did go out and got her tag number from her car before she left so the officer could have that information When the police arrived, they advised I could press charges against her for assault because she grab my arm & jerked the paper At that time I did not press charges for assault, I just asked for trespass notice if she showed back up to our property So yes we did refuse her service but it was due to her actions and not anyone else Ms [redacted] will have a trespass notice from Any Lab Test Now and will never be serviced at our location I do apologize that Ms [redacted] called in your service when she was definitely the one in the wrong I have several witness to a test for her actions if needed Best Regards, [redacted] ***Clinical Director

I cannot say enough good things about the service and sales staff at Dolan Kia! I had purchased a KIA with about 19,miles, and a miles later the service staff identified a real problem with the car They TOLD me! Being uncomfortable taking the car after repairs, the sales staff worked very hard to get me in a new car, ensuring the cost to me was minimal, and the new car just what I wanted THANK YOU, Brian, JJ and the wonderful Robin, for turning a negative experience into an really positive one I recommend you guys to anyone! To whom it may concern CLAIM : [redacted] After receiving Mr [redacted] letter regarding the complaint that he has filled with the Revdex.com company regarding an issue at my repair facilityI would like to explain my point of view of how this situation has escalated to this view 7/15/Mr [redacted] towed his vehicle that was not turning over to my station and After a full diagnostic we came to a conclusion that his ignition cylinder on his [redacted] Truck was jammed internally His [redacted] truck has what is called an internal ignition module in other way to say it the new cylinder with the new keys needs the old ships off of the old keys in order to be able to overwrite the ignition code to be able to start the car over I called Mr [redacted] and asked him if he has any other keys for his truck and he replied by I have another set of keys that does not have the locking unit on itMy reply to him was I would like to see those keys because im going to try to overwrite the system with themAfter installing the ignition cylinder in the vehicle, the car went to get reprogrammed in order for the ignition module to be able to read the new keys that were installed in them with the old ship (one key only had the internal old ship)the car got back to the station with both keys working one with a ship in it and the other was cut to fit the new cylinder with the correct specification to turn the module on to be able to start the vehicle (second key did not have a sip customer never had a second key with a chip in it) A month and a half later I get a call from Mr [redacted] regarding an issue of the vehicle not startingWe spoke on the phone and he said the other key is back home he needs to go down and grab it, with all kindness I asked him to bring the vehicle to the station after he gets it to startAnd so It happens he brought the keys down and I made some search towards the issue and I found out that sometimes cutting the key itself will not work u need to have the external ship in the actual keys in order to overwrite the module and not have any trouble with it in the future I called Mr [redacted] and gave him the Bad news regarding that its not in my hands anymore we tried to overwrite it but we thought it will work which it did for a while but unfortunately the module of the key cylinder pick up the overwrite cut I offered him to order the locking key and I would only charge him the cost of the part but all he kept on repeating is " I WAS TOLD TWO KEYS"It came to a point where I said I can't make magic happen I could work with what I have U offered me on key with a ship I made it worked with it,and it is working till today, the other key you offered me did not have a ship I tried the best way to make it work and it did for a month (he was up north with the non chipped key when it stalled on him and stopped turning over) I offered him my choice of bringing the car down and let me take care of it at cost no extra labor or reprogramming but he didn’t want to budge HE SAID IM SORRY IT HAD TO COME DOWN TO THIS I AM ALWAYS A REGULAR CUSTOMER ON GAS AND I JUST PAID AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AND THE CONVERSATION CAME TO AN END" we are mechanics we can't make magic happen he knew one key didn’t have a chip and we tried our best to serve him to our best knowledge and experience we offered to get a new chip and installed at cost but unfortunately he declined the work Thank you for your understanding [redacted]

To whom it may concern:We at Any Lab Test Now are not a doctors office but a lab, so each patient that comes in has to tell us what test they want to have done We are not responsible for evaluation, explanation, or interpretation on any testingIn regards in to Ms*** [redacted] complaint Ms [redacted] originally came in on 9-15-and advise she wanted to have a specific test done, so she was charged for that test and received the results for that test She called back and advised this was not the test she wanted to have done even though this is what she requested & what was charged on her receipt To please Ms [redacted] we re-ran her specimen and did the the second test for her at no cost Ms [redacted] then returned on 12-12-and at this time she was on the phone with someone and specifically ask for a test & asked the person she was on the phone with if that was correct So we charged her for the test & ran the test that, she & whomever was on phone with requested Ms [redacted] then called back once again and decided this was not the test she wanted This time, we did not re-run the specimen at no cost She was advised once again that we are not a doctors office and are not responsible for evaluation, explanation or interpretation on any customers or their results As stated, both of Ms [redacted] 's receipts plainly show what test she requested & paid for before the specimen was submitted If there was a problem she should have advised us when she received her receipt, it is ultimately her responsibility to make sure she request the correct test At this point our findings for her complaint are not being accepted as Any Lab Test Now's responsibility If you have any questions please let me know.Thanks [redacted] ***, CPT (NHA)Clinical Director Any Lab Test Now [redacted] SC

What ever happened to the customer is always right? And it is against Michigan State law to not have all of the items for sale in your store clearly marked with a price tagWhat should those with disabilities that keep them from coming inside the service station do? Bottom line it is criminal to hold up a persons funds for a fuel purchase when the amount being held exceeds more than two times the limit purchasedGiven today's technology surely some safe guards can be put into place to guard the consumer from this type of unethical accounting practice.

copy of the receipt for their records receive a receipt with <DUPLICATE COPY> printed below description area and above all purchased items. The register automatically prints <DUPLICATE COPY> on all subsequent receipts, following the initial. Customers are provided the two copies and a verbal explanation of this. The duplicate copy is then stamped with the large, red, words, "FILE COPY" to further denote that the receipt is strictly for the customer's records. Said procedure has been in effect for 3 years without issue. Complainant approached us with the duplicate copy (containing both "duplicate copy" and "file copy" markings) requesting that we honor it for two car washes. He was asked for initial copy, he responded he was unaware of it's location. We were unable to fulfill his request without a valid initial copy.
