I cannot say enough good things about the service and sales staff at Dolan Kia! I had purchased a KIA with about 19,000 miles, and a 1000 miles later the service staff identified a real problem with the car. They TOLD me! Being uncomfortable taking the car after repairs, the sales staff worked very hard to get me in a new car, ensuring the cost to me was minimal, and the new car just what I wanted. THANK YOU, Brian, JJ and the wonderful Robin, for turning a negative experience into an really positive one. I recommend you guys to anyone!

To whom it may concern:We at Any Lab Test Now are not a doctors office but a lab, so each patient that comes in has to tell us what test they want to have done.  We are not responsible for evaluation, explanation, or interpretation on any testing. In regards in to Ms. [redacted]...

[redacted] complaint.  Ms. [redacted] originally came in on 9-15-2014 and advise she wanted to have a specific test done, so she was charged for that test and received the results for that test.   She called back and advised this was not the test she wanted to have done even though this is what she requested & what was charged on her receipt.  To please Ms. [redacted] we re-ran her specimen and did the the second test for her at no cost.  Ms. [redacted] then returned on 12-12-14 and at this time she was on the phone with someone and specifically ask for a test & asked the person she was on the phone with if that was correct.  So we charged her for the test & ran the test that, she & whomever was on phone with requested.  Ms. [redacted] then called back once again and decided this was not the test she wanted.  This time, we did not re-run the specimen at no cost.  She was advised once again that we are not a doctors office and are not responsible for evaluation, explanation or interpretation on any customers or their results.  As stated, both of Ms. [redacted]'s receipts plainly show what test she requested & paid for before the specimen was submitted.   If there was a problem she should have advised us when she received her receipt, it is ultimately her responsibility to make sure she request the correct test.  At this point our findings for her complaint are not being accepted as Any Lab Test Now's responsibility.    If you have any questions please let me know.Thanks[redacted], CPT (NHA)Clinical Director Any Lab Test Now[redacted] SC 29607

Review: On April **, 2015 I took my service van to Citgo for fuel and a car wash coupon. I placed 17 gallons of gas into the van, walked into the store to pay and asked if I could pay for 2 car washes? They advertise that if you use 8 gallons or more you entitled to pay for a car wash at the rate of $4.00/wash. I actually used 17.08 gallons. The attendant said that was not a problem and he gave me a receipt (which I have in my house) showing the gasoline paid for and a statement on the receipt showing 2 car washes for $8.00. This information is non-arguable. It is fact.The point of contention is that the receipt has "File Copy" stamped in red ink on the receipt. Now perhaps the attendant misinformed me about this red ink or I wasn't listening. In any case, at some point down the road, I gave this receipt to my driver to receive one one of the car washes. He returned the invoice to me at the end of the day and said the car wash was not going to honor the receipt. The 8 dollars is not a big deal to me, but I need the store owners to honor this receipt. It is legitimate and as I mentioned, I have the original receipt with me.Desired Settlement: Make good on their car wash policy or refund the money.

The business has responded. Please see below:Discount car wash tickets are provided via receipt, denoted by "CAR WASH WITH GA" located within description area. Customers requiring a copy of the receipt for their records receive a receipt with <DUPLICATE COPY> printed below description area and above all purchased items. The register automatically prints <DUPLICATE COPY> on all subsequent receipts, following the initial. Customers are provided the two copies and a verbal explanation of this. The duplicate copy is then stamped with the large, red, words, "FILE COPY" to further denote that the receipt is strictly for the customer's records. Said procedure has been in effect for 3 years without issue. Complainant approached us with the duplicate copy (containing both "duplicate copy" and "file copy" markings) requesting that we honor it for two car washes. He was asked for initial copy, he responded he was unaware of it's location. We were unable to fulfill his request without a valid initial copy.

I'm not asking for anything I haven't paid for. The $8.00 is not putting me in the poor house; there's a point to be made. If I have to, I'll just talk to anyone who wants to listen with regard to a local business not making good on their offers. I don't care if they haven't had a problem in the last 3 years. Let them make good on their car washes.

Review: I am a student at [redacted] and traveled to [redacted] for my intensive on February 23rd and broke down about twenty miles from school after purchasing bad gas at the Citgo in Gladys [redacted]. Thankfully I have roadside service which towed my car, which had to go back to Mini Cooper in [redacted] for repairs, and they arranged a taxi to take me to the airport in Lynchburg where I had to get a rental. After a few days at intensive, I met someone from N.C. who drove me the rest of the week (saving $400.00 in car rental fees) and brought me to [redacted] on Friday to pick up my car after repairing the fuel system. We contacted the owner of the gas station who admitted that 3 other cars were stranded and to submit our bills and he would pay our expenses. The total of my repairs + car rental + taxi + $15.00 in gas = $1,245.00 (A very expensive Intensive). After receiving the bills he stated that the other drivers who were stranded only had costs of up to $400.00 and that my expenses were unreasonable and he will not pay them. I assure you that I did not submit anything additional, even returned the rental early! The tow truck company told me that this owner is notorious for leaving people stranded because of bad gas and that even locals have had problems with this station. As a student, I can assure you that a $1,245 bill is an unwelcome expense of going to school for an intensive course. The owner Dean has admitted responsibility as the Gas distributor and Citgo corporate state that because he is an independent owner the responsibility is his. Not only does it raise the issue of his deciding what expenses to pay for damages that he is negligent in causing, but also I would think that a tank leak effects the environment which is surrounded by farm area. If water gets in, cant gas get out?Citgo - [redacted]Owner: DeanI have had to contact an attorney in this matter and it is unfortunate but I have no other recourse as I need to recoup the expenses. I can only wonder how long this has been going on and how many others this has happened to.Desired Settlement: I ask that he cover the expenses that were incurred from my breakdown after buying his admittedly BAD GAS for the repairs + Taxi +Car rental + Gas!!
