mailed at once, many have found there to be too much information  and have felt that things have been missed. We are sorry Ms. [redacted] feels the way she does, however we have found this to be a process that produces less anxiety during the sign up process excellent results for our clients.

We are pleased that Citizens Disability was able to assist Mr. [redacted] in successfully receiving his disability benefits. He signed up with Citizens Disability in October of 2015 and was awarded benefits in January of 2017. In accordance with the contract Mr. [redacted] entered into, Citizens Disability...

worked on Mr. [redacted]’s claim free of charge for over a year, and when he was approved we were paid 25% of the retroactive benefits which was the contractually agreed to payment. During the period of representation, Citizens Disability submitted Mr. [redacted]’s disability application, as well as all necessary forms and appeals. In addition, Citizens Disability was available for consultation to Mr. [redacted] at any time, and interacted with the Social Security Administration on several occasions to ensure proper claims processing. Citizens Disability has lived up to its contractual obligations and believes the positive results of its work speaks for themselves.

We are sorry Ms. [redacted] disagrees with the Social Security Administration’s determination of the value of the work performed on her claim. Citizens Disability is only allowed to charge and collect a fee after the Social Security Administration has deemed it fair. As for Ms. [redacted]’s appeal, there...

are risks involved in the process she is describing. Here Ms. [redacted] was approved for monthly benefits, if she had requested a review by the SSA the entire claim, including her approval for monthly benefits, would have been reconsidered and there is a chance that her entire claim, including her approval for monthly benefits, would have been denied. Our agents go over the pro’s and con’s of filing the type of appeal she was describing and discuss these options with clients. If a client wishes to proceed with an appeal, we will work to ensure that they are approved. If they do not, we close the claim. I have thoroughly reviewed Ms. [redacted]’s claim and believe that the work performed by Citizens Disability warranted an award of at least $650. Despite this belief, we have chosen to waive Ms. [redacted]’s fee and wish her the best of luck in the future.

I was told I would have to sign without reviewing before they would send the completed form. Who signs a contract under penalty of perjury without reading it to see if it has correct information. This sounds like their standard practice. I could have used their help but for all I know they just wanted personal information to scam. No body should sign a signature page without prior reading what they are signing for first not after the fact. When I asked for the completed forms prior to signing they refused.
