Product good, customer service and billing horrible
I accidentally signed up for RightSignature thinking I wasn't going to use the premium ShareFile plan after the trial but then changed my mind. There is nowhere in my account that I can cancel the $15/month RightSignature. I'm on my 3rd case with them to fix this. Every month they say they are refunding me the $15 and cancelling, yet every month I'm calling them with the same problem. They never refunded one of the $15 charges that they say was processed. It doesn't help that their customer service reps are from another country and it's hard to understand them. I've wasted so much of my time dealing with this. It's frustrating because I really like the product but my time on the phone with this every month is ridiculous.

However, the last payment deducted by Citrix is $109 instead of $87. I request to adjust the amount according to 20% discount and going forward please ensure we would not face any hassles.

We have made several unanswered attempts to contact this customer. As far as we can determine there was not a call with anyone called M[redacted] with our company nor do we have any reason to expect that any of our representatives would have offered this rate.

Review: The phone component of the GoToMeeting web conference solution continues to fail embarassingly during web conferences we set up with our clients. We have notified Citrix of the problem many times via our Corporate Sales Rep, Steph Ruggiero at 781-999-9951, and though Steph and Citrix have promised resolution, the issues continue. This is embarassing for us: we are a technology company and when we arrange a conference for our customers and it fails mid-way through, we look very amateurish. Review: Their web site stated that GoToMyPC was compatible with Windows 8. We installed it on a windows 8 machine and cannot get it to work. I had numerous email communications with GoToMyPC technical support. Eventually they admitted that only the Beta version works with Windows 8. First my company does not allow Beta software to run on its work computers. Second, to use the Beta program you have to agree with: "The Services may contain bugs, errors, and other problems. Citrix Online strongly recommends that you back up all data and information prior to using the Services. You assume all risks and costs associated with your use of the Services." "Customer also hereby acknowledges that Citrix Online has not made any representations, promises or guarantees that the Services will ever be announced or made available to anyone in the future and that Citrix Online has no express or implied obligation to Customer to announce or introduce the Services." I did not purchase a program with "no assurance" that it will function in the future and do not want to run a program that "contains bugs, errors and other problems" on a work computer. We purchased it with the indication that it worked on Windows 8, It does not.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: Citrix, DBA Go To Meeting, advertised a price for service online. When I contacted a sales rep, J[redacted], he worked up a "deal" for us however the price jumped from $228. to over $1000. When I questioned the price increase, he stated that it was because we were writing a check to the company instead of using a credit card. I had already explained to him that we were a school district and did not use credit cards. Also the price inflated because he told me that the minimum users (as shown on the website) was not available any longer. My supervisor called another rep in the company, M[redacted] (who did not give his last name) to help and he was glad to offer us a better deal of only $182.00 for a service that was better suited for our needs. Reassured that paying with a check would be no problem, that there were no hidden fees, and that we could get the service right away......we approved the agreement and sent a check to the Goleta California location. To this date, no one in the company will return my calls and the only contact I have is the original sales rep that will not honor the $182.00 price offered by the second rep.Desired Settlement: I want Go TO Meeting to honor the agreement made and connect the service for the negotiated price of $182.00

Review: They claim that we signed up for a year contract, but never told us that when we signed up. It was always expressed as month to month and that we could get out of the contract at anytime. Upon original contact for closure we were assured they would process it within a month. They didn't close our account and repeated attempts to contact concerning the status of the account closure have been ignored. We would like a refund for last 3 months of service in which we never used the product and would like our account closed. This company has acted very unprofessionally and we would never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: I signed my business up to utilize their Go to Meeting and Online Training Product. However, I was never able to make the product work correctly with my hardware. So I sent an email stating after I received a invoice, that I wanted to cancel the service as I wasn't able to utilize the software. Months later they contacted me for payment. I reminded them of the email that was sent to them months prior which stated that I was canceling and the reason why and that they could review their records to verify that I wasn't even able to use upload my logo or any of my business info as discussed by their sales rep when I was signed up. Well now several months later again I receive a letter from Jonathan Neil & Associates stating that my business is now in collections for almost $2000. I am a very extremely small business owner who has shown a profit loss for the last two years and struggling to stay afloat like most Americans. So when they talk about how they are here to help the small business stay connected they lie.Desired Settlement: I expect to be taken out of collections and to have this credited as I have never even used the services and contacted them several times to say that the service wasn't working and now that I have been forced to work other jobs to pay my bills I do not have time to walk through with tech support who can't figure out the problem either. I need help because Citrix's solution is to simply keep me in debt for a service that I never used.

Review: I've been billed $32.95 pr month for product I've never signed up for and never used (since Oct. of 2012). I thought it was a recurring charge for something else.I called reps in Raleigh several times and they were UNABLE to find ANY INFORMATION about me. I was unable to reach anyone in Santa Barbara.They are able to BILL me. They are UNABLE to FIND my acct. I cannot cancel it !!VISA is disputing the charges but only able to go back 2 months. My credit card hasbeen hijacked by this company for over a YEAR. for $395.40Desired Settlement: credit for ALL months billed at $32.95 since OCTOBER 2012. $395.40

Review: I signed up for a free trial of GoToMeeting on September 18th, 2010. At the end of the 30 days, company billed me for $39/month for the service which I originally agreed on. However, after the first month, my account history indicates "Plan Change" and they started charging me $49/month. Since I was charged on my credit card automatically, I couldn't catch this until now. Citrix online has charged me $10/month extra for the last 12 months. When I called the customer service, they said that they can't reimburse me. I want the $120 that was taken from my credit card without my consent.
