Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I don't understand why this is being sent to meI feel that I am not obtaining a resolution this case as the document that has been completed if you can see on the application is not in the same penmanship as the other writing(See enclosed documentation) I continuously keep getting the same documentation and hearing the same informationIf I have already been approved for $14,with a % rate why am I am very curious to hear this..Why would I ask to have my credit re-checked for a higher amount(Please advise) I completed the form hesitant to put my social security number in the requested section, due to being told that it was for the purpose of the consumer applicationHad I known the foolery that I would have been going through with this vehicle inquiryI would not have ever walked into the doors of this dealership with the very unprofessional people that work there At this point, I am sickened with this entire ordeal and I will be calling the media on this case as I don't see why the emails keep coming back with the same informationI have repeatedly stated and I'm finding myself being frustrated in repeating myselfWhy would I want my credit ran an additional time for an approval amount that I already received and called in for a VehicleNo where in my complaint do I say that I was interested in another vehicle(See enclosed) this is the Vehicle that I went in to the dealership already approved forThe only documentation that this dealership has is a contract that they say I willingly just walked into the office with in order to have my credit re-run, as well as get approved for a higher rate monthly bill I think it makes no sense but if this is how society is making a dollar at the end of the dayPower to you!!! Customer called the dealership on a Memorial Day weekend claiming she's having issues with her car, we explain to her we could fix the vehicle for her in our service, to bring the car in Tuesday, Any issues we will take care of, just to make the customer happy, even thou she bought
the car months ago and did not purchase warranty, we will help her with her needs. We also explained to her after the car gets serviced and if she's still not happy we are willing to take her car in as a trade with no loss to herWe just want to make sure this gets resolved and the customer is happy. I was told to pay $per month for six months, at the time of the purchase, after which they would have the car refinanced at the rate of $290+ per month to meet the $per month that I told them I could affordI went back to them after the sixth month payment was concluded and they told me the Bank said I should pay three months more at the $588 before they can refinance the loanThat was when I told them that I could no longer afford the $At no time, and I visited there business place four times, plus telephone calls, did City World inform me that they would try to put me into a lesser price car that I could affordAn option that I would have considered

They are not talking about meI was approved by *** *** for a financing at a higher rate (13%) with a monthly rate of $5hundred somethingSo I don't know whose reporting this or where this information is coming fromBut this information is not accurateI can present documentation from *** *** as well as emails & phone records to corroborate my experience with this dealership
I also noticed that in the response of the dealership it has not been discussed or brought forth why my credit has been ran if I already had an loan approved through my credit unionThat is the main purpose of my reporting which I'm highlighting and the dealership is trying to hideFurthermore I came into the dealership for a specific car why was I introduced into a leasing/financing..That is not what I was requesting..If your customers are your first priority to be satisfied why was I deterred to another vehicle & not the vehicle..I came in for?? Please advise.

Customer came to dealership with a payment of $200-$a month, we explained that is more of a lease payment and not a finance paymentSince we are a Ford dealership we can only finance
"line-height: 1em;">a new car for herShe has issues with her credit and explained to herShe waited and got insurances quotes on a NEW car We waited and she wasn't approvedSo we told her we will talk to Ford the next day and see if they can approve the leaseWell next day she came in Ford wouldn't approve her because of the credit issues on her credit and we gave her options on a new car and the used car she wantedHer budget is 200-and both cars new or used its beyond her budgetShe has a budget and we explain to her we respect her budget but mathematically its not possibleShe was upset and claimed we knew her budget and she cant pass $a monthBut we explained Ford declined her for a lease (Low Credit Score) she doesn't fit in there guidelines for a leaseAn financing its still over her budget, We want all our customers happy

Customer [redacted] came to the dealership at City World Lawyer Ford we resolve the situation he's going home in a new vehicle Eoth a lower payments and he is happy. Case is closed thank you so much. Customer called Revdex.com and cancel his complaint

Customer came to purchase a vehicle the credit wasn't great but we got him approved and the rate was high, 17%. Customer came back after a month later saying
he cant afford his payment. There wasn't much we can do especially the car is titled under his name and is the current...

owner. But as a courtesy we told we will try to get him into a cheaper car, at a payment he can afford. the usual time frame is 8-12 months to trade a vehicle. But as a courtesy we will help the customer out, an try to put him in a cheaper payment

When I spoke to [redacted] on Memorial Day weekend he did not state those nice things to me that [redacted] stated in his reply. I have never dealt with [redacted]!  I went into the dealership on June * and June ** of 2015. Things did not go according to plan and I still left out unsatisfied . When I got there I was expecting to speak to [redacted] however [redacted] put me over to [redacted] another [redacted]. I sat in the dealership on June [redacted] and nothing got resolved I left with the understanding of still having to get the car repoed'. After speaking to [redacted] with [redacted] on the line as well I was told that the dealership could void out the contract but the dealership refuse to do so, even though they sold me a car with no warranty after being told I did have one and the car has structural damage that I did not know was detrimental towards driving, and could not pass inspection. When I first spoke to [redacted] initially he told me that the car was my problem and hung up the telephone very rude, now weeks later they want to fix the car, but the car was sold overpriced and should not have been sold at all according to other dealerships who did not want to take the car and according to [redacted] who stated they usually don't finance cars with structural damage.   [Your Answer Here]

Review: I leased a car from City World Ford and I am unable to register my vehicle because of a error in the title. It has been 3 months that I have been making payments. They keep telling me they are working on it. All of this time I have been unable to drive the vehicle. If I stop making payments it will effect my creditDesired Settlement: I would like to be Compensated for the payments that I making. If they cannot resolve the issue with the title, I would like them to come and remove the vehicle. Also Compensate me for the payments that I am making.

The resolution I am seeking is for City World Ford to correct the Title on the 2014 Ford Explorer that I leased from them, also

credit me the payments that I have made to them.

City World Ford Gen Manger told me there was a error in the Title that they issued

to the motor vehicle that had to be corrected before I can register my vehicle. I have been making monthly payments

since July but have not been unable to drive my car.

Review: I problem is that they never told me or gave me any documents stating that the vehicle was a disclose car. The way I found out was when I went to another car dealer to try to tray in the vehicle and they told me that they couldn't give me a price cause the car is a disclose car.

The car fax they gave me said that the mileage in 08/**/2011 was 7,379 and then in 04/**/2012 it was 14,331 on 11/**/2012 it was 7,500. when I purchased the vehicle on 06/**/2013 it had 25,433. The mileage reported here conflicts with this vehicle's odometer history.

They never stated that this car was in an accident with another motor vehicle and the airbags deployed. I never signed a document saying anything about this car being a disclosed vehicle and that it came from an auction. I am paying 40,000 for a car that's been in an Accident

and I can't get rid of. I need help to get them to take that car back and give me what I put into it. I try to ask for my files to see all documents I signed and they give me to much excuses. I've been there 3 times and I get no help. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want them to take the car back. I didn't ask for a crash car. They gave me false information about the vehicle. I don't want to pay for something that I can't exchange in the future. This is a lot of money for a car that's been in an accident.

For that I could have gotten a new car for what am paying.

Review: The car was was not working properly, mostly in the repair shop. and the brakes still not working. I contacted them immediately and the bank, before 30 days. The dealer insisted to not trade in the car ASAP. The manager Keith and Nick suggested to wait to get the title and make a first payment.Desired Settlement: I have proof from the bank Santander that the car is both overpriced and that is not working properly. The dealer should trade in the car or refund the money.

[redacted] came to the dealership purchased a Lincoln MKS, customer was extremely happy. Two days later [redacted] came back with the father of her son and had a minor issue with the brakes, to satisfie the customer we replaced the brake ads no question asked. We haven't seen the customer for almost two months, She wanted to trade the car because she was in a violent Domestic abuse with the father of her child.

An she told us he car reminded her of him (the father of her child). We explained to her since she is financing the car with no money down she owes the bank to much to trade in. But as far as the complaint, we will fix any issue with her car. We want to make sure our customer are 100% satisfied.
