Horrible customer service, unreasonable and arrogant employees. Ordered a product in a certain color. Shipping took 3.5 weeks. Received the order and was not the correct color, however is a color color they also carry. Contacted them and was told thats just the way it is. If I don’t like it send it back... AT MY EXPENSE!! $68.00 to ship back the wrong product that I clearly didn’t order. What a horrible experience. Will never buy from that business again.

Terrible company. I waited for a jeep part to become available and received an e-mail it was ready to order. I placed the order then received an e-mail saying it wasn't in! What? Why send an e-mail and a confirmation on the order. Then they called me a sir!!!! I am a woman! Do not assume the gender of a person based on their name!!!! I cannot help how it is spelled! Jennifer you need customer service training and not ASSUME things!!!! I will never order from them again!

I would like to offer my sincerest apologies. The we were not aware the part had been discontinued from the vendor until we submitted the purchase order.
If you feel like Jessica has insulted you I apologize for her also. Here at Cj Pony Parts one of our core values is respect. I will be sure to bring this up in our next meeting.

I placed an order on 04/12/2019 for part number "FR1497Q" which is a Flaming River steering box. I discovered after an install problem that CJ Pony Parts pulled a "BAIT AND SWITCH" scheme on me and substituted my order for part number SB22, which is a Lares 18702 steering box that sells for SUBSTANTIALLY LESS (nearly half the cost or more).
I do not trust CJPP and will never do business with them again!

Thank you for your information. We at CJ Pony Parts are not in the business to trick or switch parts from one of our customer's orders. We advise that if something is wrong with your order you reach our customer service department at 1 ( ***, Monday - Friday: 8am to 8pm ET, Saturday: 9am to 4pm ET.

I ordered 3 sets of RC lights. Received 2 in the mail. Emailed the company and “Tony” said the 3rd set is on back order and I should receive them 6/20/19. Emailed the company back and Morgan said I received everything. I explained again that I didn’t. Btw she was the nicest person I dealt with. I called and waited on hold forever then asked for a call back. I received a call back the next day from Tony. I asked for a refund and which he said they couldn’t do because he didn’t know if I had the lights or not. After I said that I would file a charge back on my credit card he said they would ship the missing set out. He advised me that he would call me back with tracking which they never did. On 6/27/19 the missing set was shipped out from RC and I received the wrong set. After 2 emails and another phone call I spoke to Tony again. As of today we’ll over a month later I am still waiting for my lights. I will never do business with this company again! They never offered anything to make things right other than putting everything off on the manufacture. If I do not receive the lights I will have to file fraud on my Credit Card.

They sent me a broken bug deflector. The packaging was fine but the product inside was completely broken. No one will call me back or respond to my email requests for a refund.

Bought a convertible top motor
Soposed to be more quiet and more powerful than stock , installed and it is so loud , and bearly moves top tried calling over an hour wait , and used call back for seven days in a row and never one call back
Started leaving emails , two people answered after 4 days one asked for a video to be sent in of the pump and never responded again , dont use this company

The person who asked for a video emailed me back
And said that they have to send the video to the mfg.
To determine weather I have bad hearing or tell me that I dont know how my convertible top works ????

On convertible tops we due recommend professional assistance when installing. In instances like this we do advise sending video to the manufacture to better determine best possible course of action. This is done to better determine the root cause of the concern such as, a defect in the part, possible shipping damage, or an installation error as some examples.

Was disappointed that when sold product that was not informed that a special socket was needed to install lug nut on new rim causing damage to rim and was told by counter person after the fact when rim was brought back to store and the wrong lug nut was sold in the first place.

ordered a shifting *** on June 5th 2018. according to the site it takes 3-4 weeks for shipping. they gave me a order number that will not work on the site to track my shifting *** that I paid $75 for. today I talked to a customer service man who told me that it would be another month before they would even receive it because they are backed up. I expressed to him that I shouldn't have to suffer from them being behind and should have my product as it says on the website of 3-4 weeks. I told them they are false advertising and they need to correct it and he replies "so you would like me to cancel your order?" I told him no I've already waited a month and cant afford to wait for them to refund me and find another place to order. they would not tell me why I cant use my order number to find out what is going on with my ***. they have the worst customer service and do not feel the need to even contact you and tell you that they are running behind and you wont be getting your products as the website says. I am not waiting 8 to 10 weeks for a simple shifting ***. don't quite think its fair or right to lie about how long something will take to come in and then to just get a different story once your wondering what the world is going on? hoping after all this I will at the least receive a nice product. but so far this has been my worst experience online ordering yet.

CJ Pony Parts wants to apologize as there are times when shipping will take longer than normal. This is normally due to manufacture back orders, and the manufacture being behind on their list of back orders. We understand that waiting can be an ordeal. For future reference we will be more than happy to assist in anyway when there is a long shipping time.

I used to like CJ, but unfortunately all the complaints are spot on. Their customer service is horrible. I waited a couple weeks and my order didn't arrive so I emailed them (twice) to find out what the problem was, with no reply. I then called them and an "I Don't care, leave me alone" rep told me he would check into it and call me back. Never called back. I finally called again and another rep of the same attitude told me it was on backorder and would ship out in a couple weeks. Two weeks later, nothing. I emailed again and they said it will ship out in two months. I asked if I could cancel and no reply. Now I play the waiting game. A big middle finger to this company, they have definetely lost my frequent business.

I'm writing this review after few orders from CJpony, and let me tell you guys that I'm shocked from those who are writing bad reviews about CJ. First of all those who order have to check if the item is actually in stock, otherwise CJ have to wait for it to be received from the manufacture and them send it to us, so if there is delay it will not be from their side it will be from the manufacture. Second thing is that if the item is actually in stock right away, I ordered Roush Rear Valance for my GT 16 and I received it in 4 days and i'm living abroad which means this item have been sent in the same order day. Finally, they have a great customer service, special thanks to Matthew because helped me out a lot, he even reversed one ordered which I discovered that I ordered the wrong part even tho its already have been shipped. They have great prices on items and shipping AND they have RPM Club points for loyal custom.
So before you guys order anything you have to do is to check if the item is in stock, make sure that you the right part or ask for Matthew to help you out to get the right part or correct your wrong orders because he is the man.
