I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate the $150 in gift cards, this is still only 25% of the additional amount I had to spend to purchase the same items elsewhere. After my wife spoke with the LTL manager, it was still apparent that they have issues somewhere along the distribution chain as she asked if we wanted the order to be reinstated. This was after we were told none of the items were in stock. We will not use buy buy baby for online orders in the future.
