This company is the worst company I have encountered yet. I rented a home thru this company and it had leaks, broken unworking appliances, upon move in. They never came and fixed the home , the appliances still dont work, the leak finally got fixed when I withheld rent and then it left mold in basement for which that is where the leak was. Then they wanted to tell me that I was behind in rent after they told me that they would take it off the rent if I fixed and or replaced issues. I decided to move after they stuck a eviction notice on my door every week even after I have paid them. my neighbors can even verify this is a repeat thing with them. I have since moved out and they refused me to to come and clean the day I was out due to they had a showing before even knowing that I was out and without it being cleaned or repaired.
