Bought a few properties from him a year ago, he could never produce a deed, when he finally offered a refund he sent me a check for 15000 and it bounced, willing to work with anyone else that has been scammed by him

Bought 20 rentals for large money never received deeds, quit claims etc and not one rental payment

Both properties were paid for in full, (one being a rental with tenants, the other a vacant property). However, the paperwork for neither property was ever delivered to us. Sellers (husband/wife team) [redacted], operating under Clark One Investments ([redacted]) were contacted from July September. With each conversation there was excuse after excuse on why the paperwork was not done or another reason for the delay in response. Initially they were very communicative with the updates, however as the months progressed, and emails and phone calls increased, they eventually apologized for the delay and finally offered a refund in October.[redacted] even went so far as to give me an alternative number, however has never responded to any of my calls, emails or text messages. We are still waiting for our refund!!! We just want our money back.Desired Settlement: Refund of $[redacted]

Review: SCAMMERS. Sold a property to me in Youngstown. I paid for property in full, however Clark One Investments (under the name Lynn/Leonarldo Wilfredo/homeinvestments58 on ebay) took my money and ran. I kept asking for paperwork and when the property would be transferred. I kept sending emails, and they sent me several emails saying sorry and they will give me a full refund. All of a sudden phone not answered, no more emails. They have defrauded me of $3,500.Desired Settlement: Refund of US$3,500 owed to me for failure to perform.
