Classic Auto Body

We have used the services of Classic Auto Body 3 times now and every time we have been VERY pleased. Not only was the work they provided exceptional but also their customer service. I would continue to use them again and would recommend them to others.

Poor Body work done to vehicle.I had a leak on my vehicle and I took it to [redacted] Chevrolet to look at the issue. The high third break light had metal deterioration around the light causing the leak and Classic Auto Body did the repair. Since the repair, I have had to take it back twice because the clear coat was peeling off and the deterioration came back.Desired SettlementLast month I carried my vehicle to have the body shop look at the issue and they said that they guarantee their work and they would get back up with me. I have not heard a word and I have called every week and they will never return my phone call. They are trying to avoid me it appears. I want them to fix my truck before my headliner gets messed up again like it did before. I plan to contact my lawyer if I do not hear anything shortly because this has been a run around and I am not going to tolerate this type of business practice.Business Response This issue has been resolved with the customer directlyConsumer Response I have received my truck back with the repair made and the repair seems to be fixed. Only time will tell if the body workmanship is good. As long as I own the vehicle, the body shop guarantees the work and that is all I ask. The color looks nice.
