Petland Carriage Place has attempted to rectify the situation by offering an exchange in which the customer has declined. Petland Carriage place has not asked the customer to provide the additional funds ($1000) that her pug puppy cost due to the mishap. Petland Carriage Place as stated in the warranty paperwork Mrs. [redacted] signed, read, and agreed to provides their puppies solely as companion animals and there is no warranty implied or expressed that this puppy will be able to be used for breeding or showing purposes. Petland Carriage Place strives to provide quality pets to all of their customers and has attempted to rectify the situation with the customer. All signed paperwork can be provided upon request regarding the store warranty for breeding and showing etc.
