The customer stated that the recycling was not picked up On several instances when the recycling was skipped on her recycling day due to a substitute driver not being familiar with the recycling route, she was informed to put the recycling out on the next pickup day and it was picked up if she had it out So she still had recycling service if she chose to put it out on a different day We make every attempt to correct a problem if it was done by MD Systems In reference to the refund, as stated on her quarterly bill there are no refunds

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: first they said they gave me a refund to my credit card account and of course they didnt, and now they are saying that they issued a check, so I want to know when are they gonna send me the check to my new address and how long does it take for me to receive it? Unfortunately our busy schedule for delivery, pickup, and maintenance of trash containers did not allow MD Systems to retrieve the container as soon as the customer moved out When MD Systems did try and retrieve the container, it was not at the address The reason for the security deposit on the trash containers is for this very reason, trash containers get stolen The customer had the option of bringing the container to our place of business and getting the refund then or keeping the container The reason there was no refund is because the container was not retrieved

The containers were scheduled to be picked up on 9/23/ The service did not stop and trash and recycling was still picked up on the 25th and the 30th if the customer chose to put out their trash and recycling in bags As stated on the customers bill, there are no refunds

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all I was not told that I could take my trash can in and pick up my deposit, second I can't believe that they couldn't find time to schedule the trash can to be picked up, it was still out there as of the 23rd of July. I called on June 1st. That is almost 2 months that the trash can sat there. They owe me a deposit for not being clear with me. I paid it and they said it was being scheduled. I feel I don't need to baby sit a company to do something. There are many people complaining about this company and the way their customer service is and the way they do business. I will not stop until I receive my deposit. Their lack of scheduling should not make it my fault. I didn't have to go to their place of business to pick up a trash can to start service why should I have to go drop off my can. They need to do make things right and return my deposit. I am rejecting this response because: It is against the homeowner association rules to place trash in a recycle bag or with out a container Why was I not given day notice which would let me know I could still put my trash out Yes no refunds , but I paid for a service which included a container till the end of the quarter This company can miss pickups no refunds, and not honor my contract still no refunds Consumers beware you could be next.

I am rejecting this response because: If you read the response, it basically says, it is the customers fault for paying his bill when he received it instead of waiting till the last minuteIf you take a serious look at previous complaints, I'll wager that none were actually "resolved", but instead, the consumer tired of typing responses to two line "Oh, we resolved it" responses from the business. My trash was picked up Monday, the piday for my trashNo effort was made to correct their mistake what-so-everI am paid up with MD Systems through the remainder of this year, and will end my dealings with them at that timeUnlike the complainants in the past, I will not tire of answering these ridiculous responses, but will be diligentI understand your policy of marking it "resolved" if the consumer does not continue to respond, but surely you see that policy has its drawbacksThe male working at MD is probably the manager, but I doubt he is the ownerThe female working there seems to be of at least average intelligence and probably keep the business afloat, but the owners need to realize the male is destroying there businessIt is evident that there is a problem, because when we call and the male answers, he always has an excuse for the mistake, but if you speak with the female, she says the records show the bill paid and that the mistake was theirs and apologizes.The company made absolutely no effort to pithe missed trash pick-up, nor did they return our phone callsI cannot stop them from responding, but I can assure you, I will continue to reject their responsesAt this point, it would take an unprecedented act on the part of MD to satisfy meAs I stated previously, I was only mildly perturbed at their bungling lack of service and unwillingness to correct their mistake, but their deploying deception to try and make it appear that they "resolved" something has made me realize that future "potential customers" who perform their due diligence by researching MD before hiring them, need to see what they are dealing with

In response to Ms*** the $was refunded on October 14, We do have a transaction feeAs a courtesy we will refund the fee of $which was on November 09, Thanks!

fee (if they wrongly charge someone they should be responsible for all charges incurred)And this will be satisfactory as long as our information is cancelled out of their system so we are not charged again in the future.

In reference to this complaintWe did not discontinue or Cancel the service at *** *** ***Even though this resident did have another service provider during the same quarter we still continue to pick up the trash until the quarter was completed. Because as stated on our Bills
No Refund. Either the service is used until completed or if not that is the customer choice

I am rejecting this response because: Resolved? Corrected? My trashcan is still full to the top and sitting by the roadI will be glad to take a picture and send it to you if you doubt which one of us is a liar
I have not received a phone call, nor has anyone stopped by to say when they would correct there mistakeA little research after I submitted my complaint revealed that this is not a new issue with this company, neither is it a rare occurrenceIf by "corrected" they mean they refunded my money, they need to notify me so I can arrange for a competent company to pick up my trashIf what they mean by "corrected" is just that they realize their mistake and plan to wait till next Monday to pick up my trash, that is not acceptableI found their incompetence irritating, but the outright lie that it has been corrected makes me furious

We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause When the account is paid in advancesometimes the computer does not pick it upWe did set out Friendly Reminders so if there was an issue then they should of called to take care of it before it got to this in the middle of quarter
