Review: We (my wife and I) invested in clean net USA approximately a month ago. We were supposed to get our contract that day but due to timing issues we were unable to receive it them. Their acting manager [redacted] assured us that within the week he would meet my wife and I half way so we didn't have to make the long drive from Steubenville to Pittsburgh Pa. A week goes by and no contact, I contact them. Come to find out [redacted] no longer worked for the company and [redacted] was the acting manager as she said. She assured us she would get our contract out immediately. Another week goes by and no contract. We then contact clean net USA Pittsburgh office on Friday May 9th 2014 on [redacted]'s cell and left a message stating we just wanted our investment back. Also contacted the front desk where Crystal took down that same message. We waited a day or so for her to get back to us. And she did not. We proce[redacted] to call from various numbers as she was dodging all of our calls. On the 5-6 the number we called from she finally answered. At this point we were already agitated and were very displeased with the Pittsburgh office. We then contacted their corporate office with many of the same results. We spoke to many employees there where they directed us then to [redacted], national director of that area. After several minutes he managed to calm us down and assured us that he and he only was going to take care of us getting our money back and promised to touch base with us on Monday May 12 2014 well I had to contact him. He then pawned us off to [redacted] who then proceeded to spit out polices and procedures with me while their company did not follow procedure themselves. And he did this on speakerphone for the whole office to hear my argumentative tone. Very unprofessional on [redacted]s part. Throughout this whole time we had contacted our lawyer. Finally after contacting [redacted] who is not even responsible for this area and having my lawyer contact them they finally agree to give us our money back.Desired Settlement: I want people to know how unprofessional their staff and how disrespectful this company is. And when cash is paid to this company they should refund immediately not have is wait almost a week to get our money back. The only read I we got it back was bc our lawyer threatened a lawsuit. This should have never have happened. They treats us like we were dirt and had no clue what we were talking about. Their customer service skills are subpar. And the world needs to know how unsatisfactory their co

As a member of the CleanNet USA management team I am responding to the complaint ID

Review: I am currently a Franchisee owner with Cleannet USA since November 2007. On October 29, 2013, I invested an additional $1,500 for upgrade of Franchise # [redacted], to get more contracts. I have contacted Cleannet USA in regards to the status of the upgrade and they told us on February 2014 that we were not on the list to get more contracts. This was unacceptable since we invested in Oct 2013! I continued to contact Ed L[redacted] (Cleannet’s Sales Manager) and he was always giving me excuses of not being in town or available to assist. The staff at Cleannet USA seemed to be protecting him, because every time I called the office for him, they will tell me that he was not available, in a meeting, etc... I then contacted other personnel to get status and no one was able to assist me. On April 28, 2014 (which was outside of the grace period of fulfilling the contract -7 months later), I got a phone call from one of the sales reps in regards to a potential contract. They scheduled the walk-thru for my perusal and I went. After the review they asked me on the spot if I wanted the contract and I told them that I will get back with them that afternoon. I called the inspector who did the walk-thru with me and the client that same afternoon to ask for a second walk-thru (which was suggested by the client himself!), he told me NO and that Ed L[redacted] will be calling me that evening to discuss. Well, Ed L[redacted], as usual, never called and days went by. I NEVER REFUSED/DECLINED THE CONTRACT -At that point I was determined to TERMINATE the contract for the upgrade because of their unprofessionalism.

Cleannet USA has been very un-professional in the way they have handled this upgrade.

On June 24, 2014, I mailed (certified) an official termination of contract letter, including the formal request for a refund for the amount of $1,500.00 that was issued to Cleannet USA on October 29, 2013, for such upgrade.

The contract stipulates that Cleannet has 120 days to fulfill the requirement to find business for the package purchased. Since the grace period expired as of February 26, 2014, a refund was due.

I attempted to contact Ed L[redacted] to discuss the status of the refund and he was never available - giving me excuses of out of town, out sick, out on business, or not answering my calls, etc. I have emails and texts from him assuring that this will be resolved as soon as he becomes available, along with excuses of management not being available for signing the release, etc... however, it is now October 2014 and I am still without a refund.Desired Settlement: For Cleannet to give me a refund of the One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) before the end of October 2014.

Please send a certified check to Pro Results, LLC to the address shown on the Franchise account [redacted].

Contact me, [redacted]. should you require additional information to complete this refund request.

Review: I have been a CleanNet USA Franchise owner since April 2001. I purchased my franchise from the master franchise owner [redacted]/CleanNet Of New England. I had to find out from the Internet that CleanNet of New England went bankrupt in August of 2012. No one had the common decency to call me or contact me by mail that my franchise was no longer in business. At the time I found out about [redacted] and his bankruptcy I was waiting to hear from them in regards to new account in my area. I want a complete refund of my franchise purchase price...Desired Settlement: I want my complete franchise purchase price of $5,000
