I never received an e-mail or anything in the mail with a invoice number or an e-mail from this company or the Green Tone Pro aka Diet Webb (which after researching are the same company) confirming my order So I didn't think my order was ever processed because I never received a confirmation letting me know by e-mail or any other way that the company had received my order and they were mailing it out The only way I knew my order had been successfully completed is when I looked on my bank statement and seen two withdraws from Green Tone for the amount of $each On Green Tone Pro's website you do have to enter all your demographical information and an e-mail address so I assumed I would be receiving an e-mail from them, but I never did A few month before using Green Tone Pro, I had ordered this same product through another company and that company sent me an e-mail the same day I ordered it with the information that I had ordered bottles of their product I received the product in the mail and I was only charged the one time shipping fee of $for each bottle I could not remember the name of that company to use again so that is how I picked Green Tone Pro in the first place by searching the product on the internet Later I remembered I still had the order from the other company sent me by e-mail before when I used them and should have just called them or e-mailed them to order the product even if I had to pay for the product this time instead of getting a free month's supply but by then I had already made the order with Green Tone Pro I hope this clears up the additional information you needed from me Thanks So Much! This was sent by e-mail to me today I'm not sure what company it is from since from what I found out when researching all of this is all the companies charging me were all related to each other! The trial is a 14 day trial from the day the customer purchases it. The customer could always call in and ask for an extension for her trial. It was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer
would be charged $89.95 for the trial bottle if they didn't...

cancel before the
14 days was over. The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly
subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the
customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on
the card on file a total of $94.90 for the bottle and shipping and handling.
Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service
department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Her account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore
products or be charged. We have refunded a total of $89.95 on 10/20/2014. The charges should be credited to the customers account within 3-5 business days.
