This was sent by e-mail to me today.  I'm not sure what company it is from since from what I found out when researching all of this is all the companies charging me were all related to each other!  But this is the only e-mail I have received from any of the companies stating they are counseling my subscription so that is why I am forwarding the information to you.

I am not satisfied with the companies proposed action....I don't even know what this company's proposed action is but I don know it will not resolve my complaint.  I have sent plenty of information as to why I am not happy with what this company did to me.  In order for me to be content in resolving this matter with this business I would want the business to credit my debit card the $79.95 they took out of my checking account.  The company is also misleading in the way that they have like 3 different names for their company but are all connected together as one big rip off to innocent and hard working money.  I will NEVER use this product again and I have told everyone I know by Facebook and word of mouth what a scam this company is.  If this company is so legit then why did my other credit card they put several charges on get that money reimbursed back to me?  And like I said in researching this bt company I came across websites like Scambook and Rip off Reports showing just how many other people have experienced the same kind of scam I fell for.  I hope those that work for this company get struck by Karma for ripping people off and being basically a liar just to earn some stupid wage.  This kind of piss poor business is of the Devil and may all those involved in ripping off people burn in hell.

I never received an e-mail or anything in the mail with a invoice number or an e-mail from this company or the Green Tone Pro aka Diet Webb (which after researching are the same company) confirming my order.  So I didn't think my order was ever processed because I never received a...

confirmation letting me know by e-mail or any other way that the company had received my order and they were mailing it out.  The only way I knew my order had been successfully completed is when I looked on my bank statement and seen two withdraws from Green Tone for the amount of $4.95 each.  On Green Tone Pro's website you do have to enter all your demographical information and an e-mail address so I assumed I would be receiving an e-mail from them, but I never did.  A few month before using Green Tone Pro,  I had ordered this same product through another company and that company sent me an e-mail the same day I ordered it with the information that I had ordered 2 bottles of their product.   I received the product in the mail and I was only charged the one time shipping fee of $4.95 for each bottle.  I could not remember the name of that company to use again so that is how I picked Green Tone Pro in the first place by searching the product on the internet.  Later I remembered I still had the order from the other company sent me by e-mail before when I used them and should have just called them or e-mailed them to order the product even if I had to pay for the product this time instead of getting a free month's supply but by then I had already made the order with Green Tone Pro.  I hope this clears up the additional information you needed from me.

We are in receipt of you complaint on behalf of the customer. 
We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the complaint by
providing a courtesy full month refund of $79.95 on 1/14/2015 and an additional $5.97 on 3/10/2015 totaling...

$85.90.  Please allow up to 10
business days for the credit to show from the refunded date.  Also, please
be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would
be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel
before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled
and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated
in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check
out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial
is over. If the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged

Review: I ordered a "free trial" of this product and was later charged for the product. When I called to request a refund an intolerant supervisor informed me that I could not receive a refund because I did not return the product within 14 days. The terms and conditions are not explicit in disclosing this information. The supervisor was extremely rude, I returned the product by mail and he still denied me a refund- so I literally paid $84.90 for NOTHING to this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded $79.95 to my bank account

Review: I am filing this complaint because I was charged 79.95 for a product that I did not order nor received at the mailing address that was provided along with credit card information that I did not provide. I contacted my bank and went through the procedure to dispute this charge only to get a letter in the mail 10 days later stating that they could not resolve this matter and it would be up to me to contact this company to resolve this matter. I did contact this company and when I explained that I did not order this product and that I was not currently living at the address that they supposedly mail this product to I was told that they were not liable for this and they refused to get me a refund even after I explained once again that I did not order this product. I am currently unemployed and would never order something that I could not afford.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of the $79.95 because I did not order this product. This has made it difficult for me since I am living on a very small unemployment check at this time and I will not be able to pay for my needed monthly bills and expenses.
