Jake did an exceptional job in educating my husband and I about water quality and filtration systems We definitely learned a few things we didn't before! He was very professional and if we hadn't already has a filtration system we would absolutely consider one from him!

Was provided a water quality test (and RainSoft softener demonstration) through a survey/gift card offerTechnician was courteous and demo was interestingWe had an opportunity to learn about "solutions" we could purchase, but we declined and were not pressured at all to purchase It would have been nice to know up front, however, that sales would be part of the process (though we had an inkling that it would be)

Nick visited our home to conduct the water test He was very professional and personable The information he presented was clear and helpful

We learned a lot of important information about our water with Annette yesterdayShe did a fantastic job with her professional presentation and testing! She answered all of our questions and explained the results of our water testingWe are still considering all of our options with the water systems they offer, but definitely feel educated and positive about this company

We did not purchase the product but the technician that came to our home was professional and knowledgeable We are planning to replumb our home in the next five years and we are planning on installing this system from this business when that occurs

It seems like a valuable asset and although we are in favor of having the system in our home there obstacles beyond our or their control preventing us moving forward at this time but we are looking to the future of having one installed and enjoying the benefits

They act like their primary service is to test your water, but the person they are sending to your home is not a 'water tester' as they call them...they are a Salesperson working for commission bonusesThey do test your water, but only to show you that you need a *** *** water treatment system...and they will be at your house for about hoursI would not recommend you invite them into your home, unless you are interested in buying a water treatment system
